PROUD embodies Bjørnholt's values of pride, equality and belonging. It includes a start/end-of-year program BjørnholtTLKS, a speakers' day on discrimination, Kulturdagen to celebrate diversity, and a Skeivt årshjul addressing attitudes toward gender and sexuality. Grønn skole is a PROUD pillar, offering practical engagement with the green transition through the school garden and related activities.
Volleyball is a tradition at Bjørnholt Vgs. There is volleyball practice every Wednesday from 14:00 to 16:00, and the school participates in the NM Volleyball championships. If you want to join the school's volleyball team, contact Laurent Desavis.
PROUD activities include Kulturdagen and external talks on discrimination and inclusion, alongside the school's emphasis on community and belonging. Kulturdagen celebrates diversity and the school's communities, while the Skeivt year addresses attitudes toward gender and sexuality. Grønn skole provides hands-on engagement with sustainability and environmental projects within the school garden.
Bli elevmegler! is Bjørnholt's large group of student mediators who work to create a safe and welcoming school environment for all students. New mediators are recruited at the start of each school year and receive mediator training in the autumn. Mediators gain a certificate, and group leaders can serve as references for future employment; contact the environmental workers for more information.
The strategic plan centers Bjørnholtkompasset, built on the values of equality, belonging and mastery.
