English, Norwegian, and Spanish are taught. In the MYP, Language & Literature offers English A and Norwegian A, while Language Acquisition offers Norwegian B and Spanish. The Primary Years Programme is offered for ages 5–12, and the Diploma Programme is offered for ages 16–19, reflecting NLIS's IB continuum.

Norlights International School Oslo (NLIS) is a state-funded private school in Oslo's Skådalen district that serves students from age 6 to 18.
