1. An appointment with the AGS Registrar is scheduled, and a school tour is provided during the meeting. A copy of the admissions form is given at this meeting, and the discussion covers the school's program and admission process. 2. If you wish to continue, all registration documents must be completed and returned to the Registrar. A non-refundable application fee of 150 OMR is payable at this stage. 3. Entrance requirements are defined in the Admissions Policy, and all details should be reviewed as part of the application. 4. The Headmaster makes the final decision on whether a place is offered, and the Registrar contacts the family once a decision is reached. 5. If accepted, a formal acceptance letter is issued and must be signed and returned within 7 working days; failure to return the signed letter may result in losing the offer. 6. An acceptance fee of 200 OMR is payable upon acceptance. 7. Enrollment documentation includes: Admission Form; Medical Form with vaccination records; Signed Standard Terms and Conditions; Copy of Birth Certificate; 4 colour passport photographs; Equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education if not registered on the MOE portal; For expatriate pupils, copies of passport and visa; Copies of the two most recent school reports.
