Security Deposit

- Refundable security deposit: OMR 100 per child payable at the time of admission; refunded when the student leaves after all school dues are cleared.

Learning Resources Fee (charged with first tuition payment)

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is billed by term; the schedule specifies three term payments with the due dates above.
- The learning resources fee is payable with the first tuition payment.
- A 30-day notification period is required to complete a withdrawal.

Refunds and Withdrawal Charges

- Admission fee is non-refundable.
- If a registered student does not attend at all, tuition fees already paid prior to the beginning of the academic year will be refunded once written notice and the withdrawal form are completed.
- Learning resources fee is not refundable once the student has enrolled for the academic year.
- For withdrawals during the academic year:
- Students enrolled for two weeks or less: one month's fees charged; remainder of that term's fee refunded.
- Students enrolled more than two weeks but less than one month: two months' fees charged; remainder of that term's fee refunded.
- Students enrolled for more than one month: the full term's fees are payable (no term refund).
- Students leaving in April or after must clear all dues through 30 June.
- Security deposit is refundable when the student leaves after all school dues are settled.

Boarding fees

- The school provides campus facilities for kindergarten, primary and secondary sections and operates as a day school; there are no boarding facilities or boarding fees.
