The Indian School Sur is a co-educational, English‑medium day school in Sur, Oman. It was founded in 1989 to serve the children of the expatriate Indian community and is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, under affiliation number 6130009. The campus sits in the Eskekira (Skekara) area of Sur, adjacent to the Mariam Mosque, and covers a 6,512 square metre site with about 4,900 square metres of built‑up space. The campus is well landscaped and includes an artificial turf playground, a roofed stage with lighting and sound, and a multi‑purpose hall. It houses Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science laboratories, a fully computerized library with an e‑library, and 27 classrooms equipped with Smart Televisions, plus rooms for Art, Craft and Music. A football turf was installed with sponsorship in 2020. The first senior secondary CBSE classes began in 2011, and as of 2019–2023 the principal is Dr. S. Srinivasan. Hindi is taught as a compulsory second language.
