There are more than twenty clubs and societies across Junior, Prep, and Senior Schools, including Debating, Dramatics Club, Science Society, Economics Society, Computer Society, Model United Nations Society, Geography Society, German Society, Bazm-e-Adab Society, Bazm-e-Tamseel Society, Chess Society, Music Society, Art & Media Society, Environment Club, Bee Club, and Archive Society. Clubs and Societies form a major part of university applications in Senior School.
Dramatics Club, Music Society, Art & Media Society, Bazm-e-Adab Society, and Bazm-e-Tamseel Society are active creative and literary groups. These clubs offer opportunities for performance, visual arts, and cultural expression.
German Society and Model United Nations Society support language learning and cultural engagement, alongside Bazm-e-Adab Society which focuses on literature and culture.
Bee Club, Environment Club, and Horticultural and Ornithological clubs are among the environment- and hobby-oriented activities available on campus.
Head Boy and Student Leaders are part of the school's student leadership structure, providing opportunities for leadership within the student body.
There are eight boarding houses, with life in boarding including supervised homework, tutorials, games, sports, clubs, and occasional outings. Sports offerings include Athletics, Cricket, Hockey, Swimming, Riding, Rugby, Shooting, and Tennis.
Aitchison College is a three-school campus (Junior School, Prep School and Senior School) for boys. It operates as a Cambridge-accredited school with day and boarding options and offers a broad program across three divisions on a single 200-acre Lahore campus. The current Principal is Dr. S. M. Turab Hussain.
