Fees
Overview of fees
- Academia Panamá Para El Futuro is a state (public) secondary academy and does not charge tuition for enrolled students; education is provided free of charge.

Application fees
- There is no application fee for admission into the academy. Admissions and participation are part of a publicly funded program; families are not charged an entrance or registration fee.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)
- All year groups offered at the academy (upper secondary / media levels) have no tuition charges. Tuition per term and per academic year for all cohorts is USD 0.00.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- There is no billing schedule for tuition or termly school fees because the academy does not bill families for tuition. Public funding and contracted services cover operational costs. Payments for contracted services (for example, facility rentals or catering) are handled through government procurement and institutional contracts rather than family billing.

Boarding fees
- The academy operates with boarding (internado) provisions for selected students and does not charge boarding fees to the students enrolled in the program. Boarding-related services such as on‑site accommodation and student meals are provided under government/partner funding and contracted suppliers.

Other costs and typical ancillary expenses
- School-provided items: The program includes benefits for students such as accommodation, food provisions, and the provision of computing equipment for students (these are provided as part of the academy program).
- Family‑borne costs: Families may still be responsible for incidental personal expenses not covered by the program (for example: personal toiletries, optional extracurricular activities outside the standard program, travel to and from the academy when not covered by the program). Standard school uniform costs, where applicable for public-school students, are ordinarily the family's responsibility unless explicitly provided for in a specific program agreement. (No compulsory tuition or boarding charges are assessed to families.)

Refund information
- As there is no tuition or application fee charged to families, formal refund policies for tuition/payment to families are not applicable. Refund processes for any family-paid optional services (if any) would depend on the specific service provider or contract under which a fee was paid.

Fee payment options
- Because the academy does not require tuition or boarding payments from families, there are no family-facing payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) required for tuition or boarding. Payments related to operational contracts (facility rental, catering, suppliers) are processed through public procurement and government or partner-payment mechanisms.

Notes for parents
- The academy is a publicly funded program focused on providing free, bilingual, upper‑secondary education with boarding and student support services for selected students. Parents should plan only for incidental personal expenses (uniforms, personal supplies, travel) unless otherwise informed in writing by the academy about a specific optional charge.
