The cafeteria is operated by a parent, Sandra Mordok (De La Cocina de Sandra). The weekly menu is shared with parents; a prepaid plan is available (monthly or weekly) or payments can be made in cash; the cafeteria follows Kashrut regulations and students may also bring food from home.
The school is governed by the Isaac Rabin Foundation, a non-profit organization created to establish the school. The Foundation's Board of Directors oversees the school's mission, policies, and financial health, and selects and supports the Head of School; the Foundation serves as guardian of the mission and ensures long-term sustainability.
Ideal for overseas families, Colegio Isaac Rabin in Panama is a private day school serving ages 3–18. It combines a Jewish-Panamanian heritage with openness to all faiths, and is affiliated with the ORT network. Located in Ciudad del Saber, the school is the only Panama IB Continuum school with a national calendar and joined IB World Community in 2009 (PYP) and 2013 (MYP), offering the Diploma Programme as part of the continuum, as well as Cambridge IGCSE.
