Science Week is a mandatory event for students from first through twelfth grade, where students and teachers present science projects and research. In 2021, it was named Sammy Bern Science Week in honor of a founding member who loved science and environmental conservation. The David Robles Discussion Forum is an interschool debate event that brings delegates from other schools to debate on national and international issues, fostering public speaking and critical thinking. CIR Radio provides a dynamic student run platform for communication in which learners develop speaking, organizational, and leadership skills through projects in radio and related media.
English Week, organized by the English Department, features theater, songs, poetry, and other artistic expressions and is held every two years to develop English language cognitive, social, and communication skills for all students from preschool through twelfth grade. The Music program includes a Music Department with general music classes, a Music Academy, an Elementary Orchestra, a Primary Choir, a Band of Liras and Drums, and various Pop groups. The Orchestra and Band Victor Mata are flagship initiatives, with the orchestra restarting in 2022 and the band leading the school's participation in Patriotic Month parades. Visual Art is coordinated through Hora de Artes, an English-language arts hour every two years where students explore theatre, music, poetry, and visual expression.
Francophonie is an activity organized by the French Department to promote French language learning and to acknowledge the cultures within the organization. Caminando por nuestros pueblos is an activity for Patriotic Month in which classrooms are transformed to represent cultural elements, enabling a walk through Panama's history and geography. Cultural Week, held annually, presents talent in art and culture to the community and includes lectures by renowned speakers; the Jidon internal contest focuses on topics related to Jewish history. English Week supports language and cultural development through arts and expressions in English, engaging students from all levels.

Galla Fair is a school fair led by 11th and 12th grade students with teachers, designed to showcase talents and foster community and family recreation. Action and Service highlights student engagement in charitable and community projects such as Fanlyc and Operación Sonrisa, Good Deeds Day, medical tours, beach cleanups, reforestation, rehabilitation of birds of prey, and a Nutrition Board. The David Robles Discussion Forum began as CIR's Debate Club and has become an interschool platform that brings delegates from other schools to debate on national and international issues, cultivating leadership and public speaking. The Galla Fair has been led by 11th and 12th‑grade students since 2002, with teachers guiding the process, providing student leaders with organizational and project management experience. For the March of the Living trip, students form a board of directors to organize trip costs and activities, developing leadership, budgeting, and teamwork skills.
The Extracurricular program offers Taekwondo, football, tennis, and sport games for various age groups, promoting physical fitness and well‑being. Ballet is available for younger students, while the Music program and performing arts activities contribute to balanced personal development. These activities run after school and in dedicated time slots, supporting physical health as part of a broad well‑being approach.
Ideal for overseas families, Colegio Isaac Rabin in Panama is a private day school serving ages 3–18.
