Billing schedule and payment terms

- Annual payment options:
- Pay the full annual tuition at registration and receive a 5% discount on the annual amount if paid by February 1, 2026.
- Or pay in ten (10) monthly installments: payments due within the first five (5) days of each month from March through November; the final installment for December must be paid before December 4, 2026.
- A 5% monthly surcharge applies to outstanding matrícula/registration balances not paid as required; an account is considered delinquent if a monthly fee is unpaid after the first five days of the month. A rejected/declined credit‑card charge triggers notification and, if unresolved, a 10% surcharge on the outstanding amount.

- Mandatory one‑time infrastructure contribution: USD 200.00 per student (non‑refundable), payable at the start of the matrícula period. Parent Committee annual fee: USD 80.00 per family, payable during matrícula. Returned cheque administrative charge: USD 40.00.

Boarding fees

- The contractual fees and schedules list registration, monthly tuition and related service charges only. No boarding or residential accommodation fees are included in the contract's fee schedule; the school does not bill for boarding.

Other costs and typical additional charges

- Textbooks and many school supplies are provided on loan; replacement cost will be charged for books not returned or returned in poor condition. Parents pay for any extra materials or external exam fees where required.
- External/exam and certification costs are charged to families when applicable: DELF exam fees for French program candidates (as established by the Alianza Francesa) and English external exam fees (Michigan / Cambridge) are the responsibility of the family.

- Optional and level‑specific costs: an optional international academic trip for 12th grade (“Marcha por la Vida”) is shown with an approximate cost of USD 6,350.00 payable by participating families; the school may offer payment plans for this item. Additional extracurricular, camp, instrument maintenance or special project charges may apply per level and will be billed separately. Late‑pickup charge: USD 10.00 per half hour.

- Uniforms and physical‑education clothing are sold through authorized suppliers; uniform pieces (polos, PE shirts, etc.) are available for purchase from school‑approved vendors. Families should budget separately for uniform purchases.

Refund and withdrawal policy

- The one‑time admission fee is non‑refundable. The infrastructure fund (USD 200.00) is non‑refundable. If a student is withdrawn before the start of the school year or during the school year, the costs detailed in the contract (initial costs, matrícula and program fees detailed in the contract clauses) are not refundable; withdrawing without a justified cause during the year obliges the responsible financial party to pay the remaining monthly fees for the academic year. Justified exceptions that may exonerate remaining payments include documented family relocation (notified within the first month) or medical reasons supported by a certified medical note.

Fee payment options and administrative charges

- Accepted payment methods for monthly tuition and other fees: bank transfer, cheque or credit card. Credit‑card payments may be made at point‑of‑sale or by automatic recurring charge. In the event of a rejected card transaction the family will be notified and a surcharge and/or further penalties can apply if payment is not regularized promptly. Cash payments and other arrangements may be accepted as agreed with the school's finance office; judicial collection costs and interest for late payments are the family's responsibility where applicable. Returned‑cheque administrative charge: USD 40.00.
