The Isaac Rabin Foundation is a non-profit organization created to establish the Isaac Rabin School. The Foundation oversees the school's mission, ensures financial health, and long-term sustainability, and selects and supports the Head of School. The Foundation's Board of Directors governs the school and includes ten principal and alternate directors. The school is located at Edificio 130, Ciudad del Saber, Ancón, Panamá. The school bears the name of Isaac Rabin, whose life and legacy are celebrated by the institution; it joined the IB World Community in 2009 (PYP) and 2013 (MYP), offering the Diploma Programme as part of the IB continuum.

The CIR Parents' Committee provides support to the school through activities aimed at the comprehensive improvement of the students. The committee is composed of a General Assembly (all parents who pay the annual fee), a Board of Directors (elected yearly), and a Delegate Council (delegates who support the board). There can be a maximum of two delegates per grade, and delegates cannot be school professionals. The Committee's statutes guide its objectives and policies, and it supports and encourages the work of the Parents Committee's board of directors. The Committee also publishes a newsletter (2025 period).
