The school day for Kindergarten through 12th grade begins at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 2:10 p.m. PK3 and PK4 have a shorter day from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The school operates an external bus service. Payment for transport is made directly at the provider's offices or as directed by the provider. When using the school bus, students must be seated, not throw objects or exit through the windows, and must show respect to the driver and other passengers. Students should be punctual and board at the designated lower-level pickup point. For other areas, the bus schedule is set by the driver. Students must use the bus assigned by the Transport Office, and any changes require written notice. Misbehavior can result in suspension from the transport service.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is structured to be payable in up to ten monthly installments.
- Recurring monthly payments are to be made within the first ten days of each month.
- The annual enrollment (matrícula) covers normal wear of facilities and includes first‑aid/student insurance and other administrative academic document handling as stated in school policy.
- Incidental charges (for example, psychology services, photocopies, special certifications, extracurricular activity fees, and graduation costs) are billed in addition to tuition and must be paid as requested. Transport and cafeteria services are provided by external suppliers and are paid separately to those suppliers.
Boarding fees
- The school operates as a day school (preschool through high school) and does not list boarding or residential programs; no boarding fees are applicable.
Other required costs and typical additional fees
- Uniforms and school supplies are required and are separate costs paid by families; grade‑specific supply lists and uniform requirements apply.
- Transportation (school bus) is provided by an external company and must be paid directly to that provider.
- Cafeteria (meals) is provided by an external company and billed/paid separately.
- Fees for special services (psychological assessments, replacement of library or lab resources, special certifications, and graduation events) are charged in addition to regular tuition.
Refund information
- If enrollment (matrícula) is cancelled before the start of the school year, 50% of the matrícula payment is refundable. If withdrawal occurs after the school year has started, the matrícula payment is not refundable. Other refund conditions are governed by the enrollment contract.
Fee payment options
- Tuition and fee billing are managed through the school's online family/account system (FACTS / RenWeb family portal) and the school's payment/enrollment shopping functionality; families use the online portal to review charges and make payments.
- The FACTS family portal supports payment by linking a bank account for automatic drafts and by using credit/debit cards (payment methods and any convenience fees depend on the FACTS configuration used by the school).
- Additional payment arrangements and cashiering are handled by the school accounting office (Payments: caja@ois.edu.pa) where necessary.
