Introduction

Beata Imelda Deutsche Schule is a German international school abroad serving students from age 3 to 18. The curriculum centers on the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (offered since 2013) alongside a bespoke, bicultural program grounded in Christian values and intercultural understanding. Primary education runs from Kindergarten through the 4th level, with early years focused on literacy, habit formation, autonomy, and Christian traditions. A Learn at Home program supports remote learning through information and communication technologies. The school promotes multilingual education with German language certification (DSD) and English certificates such as YLE, Movers, Flyers, PET, KET, and FCE. The International Baccalaureate in Mixed Languages (GIB) is also offered. A long-standing intercultural exchange with Germany has been running for more than ten years, enhancing language skills and DSD results. Pastoral activities, including a church choir and liturgical practices, reflect Catholic formation and community service as core aspects of student life. For families.

Fees
Application fees

- Families must complete an online pre‑inscription and use the school's admission portal to generate a payment code. A reservation/entry fee (cuota de ingreso) is required to secure an offered place; parents must upload the payment receipt to the admissions e-mail.

- Specific amounts for the application / reservation fee are not published in publicly accessible pages or documents linked for the 2026 admission cycle.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)

- The school issues an official fee schedule (Condiciones económicas sobre la cuota de matrícula y la pensión de enseñanza) for the 2026 academic year that sets the tuition (pensión de enseñanza) and registration charges. The detailed fee schedule by level and the per‑term / per‑year amounts are contained in that official document.

- The detailed numeric tuition amounts per year group and per term are not accessible in the publicly viewable materials retrieved; therefore this overview does not list per‑grade or per‑term monetary figures.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Billing and payment terms (deadlines, installments, penalties for late payment and conditions for early payment discounts, if any) are established in the school's "Condiciones económicas" and in the Contracto del Servicio Educativo for the relevant academic year. Families complete payment steps through the admission portal and must follow the published cronograma (admission/matriculation calendar).

- The admissions process requires generating and paying a payment code via the portal; parents then send the payment voucher to the admissions e‑mail address. This is the operative method used to register payments in the admission phase.

Boarding fees (internado)

- The school operates as a day school; there is no published program of boarding or residential services. As a result, no boarding fees apply.

Other costs and fees (uniforms, materials, extracurriculars, transport, lunches, exams, insurance)

- The official 2026 enrollment documents reference additional categories that commonly appear in private‑school billing (uniforms, school materials, extracurricular programs, transport, school lunch and specific examination fees), but specific charge amounts for uniforms, materials, transport, meals, extracurriculars or exam fees are not published in the accessible public documents. Families should expect these categories to be billed separately or included in the annual fee schedule.

Refund information and cancellation policy

- Refund rules, conditions for cancellation of matriculation or reservation payments, and any prorating policies are specified in the Contracto del Servicio Educativo and in the Condiciones económicas for the academic year. Those contractual documents define whether the reservation fee is refundable, the deadlines for refund requests, and any administrative deductions. Specific refund percentages, deadlines or formulae are not present in the publicly retrievable materials.

Fee payment options and procedure

- Payment in the admission step is processed through the admission portal which generates a PagoEfectivo payment code; families pay using that code and then submit the payment voucher by e‑mail as proof. This payment channel is explicitly described as part of the admission workflow.

- The admissions contact e‑mail and telephone numbers where payment receipts and queries are submitted are: admision@cbi.edu.pe and the admission WhatsApp number shown by the school's contact channels. Use those channels to deliver payment confirmation and administrative documents.

Practical summary regarding published amounts (2026/27 academic year)

- Official 2026 admissions materials and a dedicated economic‑conditions bulletin exist for the 2026 academic year and contain the formal fee schedule and terms. These documents are referenced by the school's admissions notices and are the definitive fee instruments for 2026.

- The exact numeric values for application fees, tuition by year group (per term and per year), uniform costs, and detailed refund formulas were not retrievable from the publicly viewable pages and linked documents that require the school's document access (the economic‑conditions bulletin and contract files). Because those numeric figures are not publicly listed in accessible pages, they are not included here.

Administrative contact for fee details

- For payment receipts, admission correspondence and to obtain the complete numeric fee schedule, use the admissions e‑mail admision@cbi.edu.pe or the Secretaría de admisión WhatsApp number published by the school.

Primary education runs from Kindergarten (1st level) through the 4th level, with early years emphasizing literacy, habit formation, Christian values, and autonomy, and a Learn at Home program to support remote learning through information and communication technologies.
