Admission at Casuarinas International College follows an internal priority-based system by grade level. Priority applies to EY3, Pre Kinder, Kinder and Grade 1; Grades 2–5; and Grades 6–11, determined to foster a stable, values-aligned relationship with the school. Priority criteria include: (1) applicants with mild or moderate special educational needs, with up to two vacancies per class reserved for these cases; (2) siblings of current students; (3) family economic capacity; (4) alignment between family values and the school's educational approach; and (5) children of alumni or current staff. Requirements for applicants include: original birth certificate for Peruvian applicants or a legalized copy for foreign applicants; copies of the applicant's and parents' identification documents or passport; one passport photo of the applicant and a large family photo; legalized guardian documents if applicable; transcripts and a no-debt certificate from the previous nursery or school; the latest utility bill; for dependent workers: the last three pay slips plus a Remunerations and Withholding Certificate; for self‑employed: the last three pay slips, PDT 616 copies for the last three months, and the previous year's sworn income declaration; Psychopedagogical information sheet and General information form; and an Admission Fee of USD 200 (the amount is credited toward the Ingreso Fee). The admission process includes an interview with the Director of Studies and the PYP Wellbeing Department (parents only, conducted virtually); results are emailed within 15 business days after the interview. Formal enrollment is completed in the Admissions area, with payment instructions for the Ingreso Fee to reserve the vacancy.
Casuarinas International College is a private international school in Peru serving learners from ages 3 to 18. The campus delivers a multilingual, IB-based curriculum across Early Years, PYP, MYP, DP, and IBCP, and is the first school certified in all four IB programmes. The school emphasizes social responsibility, internationalism and respect for diversity, with English and Spanish instruction and a broader language offering including Portuguese, French and Mandarin. From Grade 6, students may choose between French or Mandarin, with official certifications available: Cambridge English Qualifications, DELF/DALF for French, and HSK/YCT for Chinese.
