The school requires 11 payments per academic year: one matrícula (enrollment/registration payment) plus ten monthly pension installments. The matrícula amount is equal to the published pension for the pupil's level; the annual total is therefore the published pension × 11. Billing schedule and payment terms
- Annual structure: eleven payments per year — one matrícula (first payment) plus ten monthly pension installments. The pensión is described as an annual charge divided into ten monthly instalments; the matrícula completes the 11-payment scheme.
- Due dates: monthly pension instalments are due no later than the last day of each month; the December payment is due on 17 December. Late payment incurs bank interest as established by the school.
- The payment of matrícula is a condition to reserve the student's place for the school year; formal admission of a new student is completed once the Cuota de Ingreso has been paid and required documentation delivered. The Cuota de Ingreso must be paid within five working days after receipt of the letter of acceptance.
Boarding / residential provision
- No boarding (internado) fees are published; the school presents tuition (pensiones) and ancillary service fees but does not list a boarding program or boarding charges. The published pensión values apply to day students and explicitly note that the pension does not include the school dining service.
Other costs and occasional fees
- Meal service: the published pension does not include the dining service (comedor); cafeteria costs are separate.
- Admission / application processing fee (proceso de admisión): S/ 300.00.
- Small administrative/certification fees listed in the school regulations (examples): issuance of an English certificate S/ 50.00; official study certificate (online) S/ 20.00. These administrative fees are charged for specific document requests and processes.
- Educational charges described in the regulations: references to "armadas educativas mensuales" (monthly educational charges), lists of textbooks and school supplies, and a Banco de Libros (book-loan) service appear in the school regulations; textbooks, supplies, and some academic or extracurricular programme charges are handled as additional items and may generate separate monthly or occasional charges. The school's administrative communications list the montos, number and opportunity of payment for pensiones and other charges before each matrícula.
Discounts and exemptions on the Cuota de Ingreso
- Discount/exemption rules published for the admission deposit include: 50% discount on CI for a second child in the Salcantay or Alpamayo schools; exoneration (100%) of CI for a third child in Salcantay or Alpamayo; exoneration for children of alumni of the Salcantay and Alpamayo schools; and a 20% CI discount for students from sibling schools (national or international).
Refund / cancellation terms
- The refund of the Cuota de Ingreso is governed by the legal formula contained in the Reglamento de Instituciones Educativas Privadas de Educación Básica (DS N° 005-2021-MINEDU). The school follows that formula and any applicable governmental disposals for calculation and processing of any return of the admission deposit. Specific refund timing, calculation and procedures follow the legal formula and school administrative procedure.
Fee payment options and administrative process
- Payments are managed by the school's Administration and Tesorería (Treasury). The Cuota de Ingreso and other required amounts must be deposited to the school's bank accounts as instructed once admission is confirmed; matriculation and other pre-term procedures are handled by Tesorería according to a published enrolment timetable.
- The school operates an Extranet / parent portal (SIEWEB) for families; the Extranet is listed as a school platform and is used in the school's information-management processes. The presence of an Extranet indicates an online channel for administrative interaction and account management (access requires parent credentials).
Notes on what is included above
- The figures above are published in the school's admissions and regulatory materials for the 2026 academic cycle and in the school's internal regulations. Amounts shown are in Peruvian soles (S/). Annual totals under “Tuition” are shown as the published pension multiplied by eleven payments (matrícula + 10 monthly pensions), consistent with the school's published payment structure.
