- Meal/comedor service: the school runs a school‑meals procurement process for 2026; meal service is provided through a contracted provider and will normally represent an additional, separately billed service.
- Optional educational insurance (protección de renta educativa): an optional school‑protection insurance program is offered; published premium examples show typical premiums in USD (illustrative premiums in sample documentation: US$141.00 and US$73.00 depending on coverage). This optional premium covers specified contingencies linked to continued payment of pensions under the policy terms.
- Extracurricular or seasonal programmes: the school operates paid summer/holiday programmes and workshops; sample published prices include items such as S/. 320 for a short art workshop and S/. 1,500 for a summer programme package — these are billed separately from regular pensions.
- Textbooks and materials replacement: families are required to return any school‑issued texts; lost or damaged books must be replaced or reimbursed by the family.

Refunds and withdrawal handling

- Return of the one‑time entry fee (cuota de ingreso) for withdrawal is governed by Peruvian education regulation (D.S. No. 005‑2021‑MINEDU); the school follows the rules established in that legislation for refund situations. The entry fee must be fully paid at the time and within the timeframe required to confirm the vacancy.

Fee payment options and instructions

- PagoEfectivo (generate a PagoEfectivo code in SIEWEB and pay through the bank/applicable enterprise service).
- Payment at collection windows of Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) and Scotiabank using the student code.
- Bank transfers to the school's designated collection accounts (accounts for CEP Mixto Reina del Mundo published for Scotiabank and BCP). Families are requested to send the payment voucher to tesoreria@rdm.edu.pe to speed up posting.

Additional administrative notes (billing practice)

- The annual cost is explicitly structured as matrícula + 10 monthly pensions; the school publishes a calendar for matriculation and for the monthly pension due dates each year. Families must be up to date with prior‑year obligations to complete new matriculation. Discounts and payment facilities are available in specific cases (siblings, ex‑students, and facilidades especiales en Kindergarten) as published by the school.

Eligibility factors include orphan status and family economic need. Scholarships are typically awarded to the eldest child in the family; they do not apply to only-child families or to students in Early Childhood or in the Diploma Program. Applications for scholarships based on lack of resources require a joint request from both parents or the guardian, addressed to the Director, and must include: a sworn declaration that the family lacks resources to cover the pensions; documents proving family income and expenses as specified in the scholarship convocatoria; declarations of property and vehicles; any other documents requested by the Director; and payment of the processing fee (which may be waived in cases of death, incapacity, or imprisonment of the payer). For scholarships based on lack of resources, other required documents include the death certificate, medical certificate of incapacity, or court order as applicable. The Promoter and the Director evaluate scholarship requests and provide a response in the first half of January; in cases of orphanhood, incapacity, or imprisonment, the evaluation occurs within ten calendar days of submitting the request. The school reserves the right to verify the accuracy of scholarship requests and to request additional information. Scholarships may be suspended or reinstated based on the documented conditions and the child's academic and behavioral progression. Suspension for orphanhood is generally one quarter, with potential resumption if the circumstances change.
