1. Initial Interview: Parents of applicants who wish to learn about Salcantay's educational proposal contact the Admissions Office at +51 946166259. Nursery admissions for 2025 apply to children born between April 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022. Salcantay offers an International Baccalaureate program and a bilingual program from early ages. This initial contact begins the admissions process and provides information about the program and next steps.
2. Presentation of the Admission Application: The Admission Application can be completed by clicking the provided link. The form is accessible online to begin the formal admissions review. Submitting the application starts the official process for consideration.
3. Attendance at an Informational Session: Parents attend informational sessions to learn about Salcantay's Educational Project, which is presented in detail. These sessions help families understand the school's program and expectations. Attending the session is part of becoming informed about the admission path.
4. Interview with a School Administrator: The interview is conducted with both parents on the scheduled date and time. The attendance of both parents is mandatory. The interview assesses fit with the school's educational approach.
5. Evaluation of the File: The Admissions Committee evaluates applications that meet the requirements, prioritizing: 1. being a younger sister, daughter of an alumna, or daughter of COFAM workers; 2) having a reference from Salcantay families (recommendation letter can be provided). The committee weighs these criteria in the review.
6. Vacancies: Admission is subject to the number of vacancies available. If the number of applicants who meet all criteria exceeds the vacancies offered, the applications will go to a waiting list.
7. Results: Results are provided to the parents or guardians of the applicant via telephone or email.
8. Acceptance of Vacancy Reservation: To finalize the vacancy, parents or guardians must present within seven days: a copy of the voucher for the Entrance Fee; the educational agreement signed by both parents; all original enrollment documents requested during enrollment (except the DNI); six color photos of the applicant.
9. Information about Enrollment: Enrollment information is sent to parents via email. The school does not administer placement tests for First and Second Grade; for students with special educational needs, each case is evaluated.

Colegio Salcantay is a bilingual International Baccalaureate school for girls, serving ages 1 to 17, with a campus dedicated to early childhood through adolescence. The school delivers the IB Diploma Programme in grades 10 and 11 alongside a bespoke curriculum that blends Spanish and English, designed to foster intercultural understanding. From the outset, students learn in English through a cross-disciplinary approach that weaves Language Arts, Numeracy, Science, Social Studies, Music and Visual Arts into language development, with immersion in English language culture.
