The school has Parliamentary Debate as part of the curricular plan from primary through the 8th grade of Secondary, and as part of the extracurricular plan. It strengthens communication through bilingual debate. The school has students who debate at the national level against other bilingual schools, and internationally as part of the Peruvian team in the Pan American and World Debates. The school has a Model United Nations Workshop that provides bilingual training in persuasion, negotiation, writing and oratory for the peaceful resolution of conflicts through research and understanding of international realities, in an environment of tolerance and respect for diversity.
The school has Summer Camp featuring workshops that enable the use of technological and artistic tools. The school has the program that fosters personal growth through playful learning and develops physical skills through sport. The program takes place in a friendly, fun setting with ample space where students can enjoy contact with nature.
The school has international experiences as a core axis of its educational proposal, providing students the opportunity to broaden their worldview and strengthen their academic and personal development in a global environment. Through these experiences, students develop leadership, research, teamwork, global thinking, intercultural respect and adaptability, values that reflect the spirit of the proposal: to form entrepreneurial leaders with a global vision. As part of this commitment, students have represented the school at the Tokyo CODED STEAM Championship in Japan, have participated in educational programs in Canada, and have undertaken academic, competitive and cultural trips with institutions in the United States, Europe and Latin America, thereby consolidating an education with international projection.
Parliamentary Debate and Model UN foster teamwork, public speaking and bilingual communication. Debates are conducted at a national level against other bilingual schools, and internationally as part of the Peruvian team in Pan American and World Debates. Model UN develops skills in persuasion, negotiation, writing and oratory to resolve conflicts through research and understanding of international realities in a climate of tolerance and respect for diversity.
The school has spaces to develop the spiritual dimension of students, consolidating humanistic and religious values and understanding a call to personal and social transcendence. Through chaplaincy and religious education services, the study of faith and the sacraments is promoted. In the primary level there is a perseverance program and formation of acolytes. The spiritual formation area aims to foster spiritual well-being in students' social and professional actions and extends to the entire educational community: parents, teachers and staff.
The school has entrepreneurial training in coordination with the USIL Educational Corporation, following the guidelines of its Entrepreneurship pillar. As part of this proposal, the school holds the annual 'Juega, Crea y Emprende' fair in the preschool level, involves entrepreneurship in the Primary level's Floral Games, and participates in Junior Achievement's 'La Compañía' program in Secondary level with Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola to strengthen the link between schooling and the business world. Junior Achievement is an international organization dedicated to promoting experiences in economics, leadership and business. Through a participatory and experiential model, students have the opportunity to create and manage their own company, developing leadership, innovation and decision-making skills that prepare them for their future.

Colegio San Ignacio de Recalde offers an IB continuum with a bespoke curriculum. The Preschool uses Bright Modules for ages 2–5, focusing on mathematics, socioemotional development, sciences, language with English immersion, art, and psychomotricity, guided by Attitudes and Values, Relevance, Flexibility, Individualization, and Integralidad. The Primary School Programme (PYP) features a transdisciplinary, inquiry-based approach organized around six themes: Who we are; Where we are; How we express ourselves; How the world works; How we organize ourselves; How we share the planet. The Secondary level delivers the IB Diploma Programme (DP) with results up to 44/45 and emphasis on languages (English and French), Individuals and Societies, sciences, mathematics and arts, plus Theory of Knowledge, CAS and Extended Essay. The campus includes a STEAM Lab, smart classrooms, science laboratories, libraries, ICT resources, and a Polideportivo, outdoor fields, and multi-sport courts.
