How the fees are billed and payment terms
- Annual billing structure: the annual cost of the educational service is collected as one matriculation fee plus ten tuition payments ("pensiones") made from March through December. Sibling discounts do not apply to the matriculation fee.
- Sibling discount on tuition (pensiones): second child 5% discount on pension, third child 15%, fourth child 20%, fifth child attends free (discounts apply to pensiones; matriculation is not discounted).
One-time entrance / enrollment (cuota de ingreso) fees
- One-time entrance fee (new students) — amounts in force for 2026:
- USD 9,500 — First Steps and Nursery.
- USD 10,000 — Pre-Kindergarten to 2nd grade.
- USD 8,000 — Transfer acceptance fee for 3rd and 4th grades.
- USD 7,000 — Transfer acceptance fee for 5th–8th grades.
- USD 6,500 — Transfer acceptance fee for 9th–11th grades.
- USD 5,000 — special rate for daughters of alumni.
- USD 15,000 — twins (both daughters).
- USD 20,000 — triplets (three daughters).
- Foreigners and diplomats: option to pay the entrance fee in full or finance it at USD 2,000 per daughter per year for up to three years (documentation required). The entrance fee is used to reserve the vacancy and is payable immediately after acceptance; vacancies are reserved only once the entrance fee is paid.
Boarding / residential fees
- The school does not publish or offer boarding (internado) fees. The school lists an optional canteen (comedor) service whose cost is not included in the tuition; no separate boarding/internado service or boarding fees are listed.
Other costs and what is included in the tuition
- Items explicitly included in the pension from Kindergarten through 11th grade: notebooks and school supplies, agenda, book bank, reading plan, field trips and scheduled tours within the city, Cambridge International Examination fees (CIE) and choir and theater workshops. These items are covered by the indicated pension amounts for the relevant grades.
- Items specifically excluded from the pension: the canteen (school lunch) is optional and its cost is not included in the pension. The school does not publish amounts for uniforms, private transportation (school bus), or optional after-school academy fees in the admission/fees pages; those costs are treated as additional and are not included in the pension figures above.
Refunds and cancellations
- No detailed public refund or cancellation policy for the matriculation fee, entrance fee (cuota de ingreso) or the pensiones is published in the admission pages or the terms and conditions. The admissions process indicates that the reservation of the vacancy is made with payment of the entrance fee and that vacancies not reserved within the indicated deadline will be assigned to the next candidate on the waiting list. For specific refund/cancellation terms related to matriculation, entrance fee or pensiones, no explicit schedule or percentages are published on the admissions or terms pages.
Payment methods and practical payment details
- The application (derecho de postulación) is paid (USD 140) and applicants are instructed to send the payment voucher by email to the admissions contact. This implies use of a bank deposit/transfer or other method that generates a voucher; the pages do not list a published online card-payment gateway or a credit-card acceptance policy for routine pension payments.
- For foreign/diplomatic families, the entrance fee may be financed at USD 2,000 per year for up to three years; details and documentation requirements are listed with that option.
Summary of items not published on the public admission/fees pages
- The explicit amount of the matriculation (matrícula) fee is not published on the admission/tuition pages; the school states the annual cost is divided into one matriculation fee plus ten pensiones but does not provide the matriculation amount. The admissions pages also do not publish specific prices for uniforms, school-transportation (bus) fees, canteen price lists, or a full, itemized refund schedule for withdrawals. The admissions pages and the terms and conditions provide the payment structure, entrance-fee schedule and what is included in the pensiones but do not provide those specific line-item amounts.
