El Pinar College is an international school in Peru offering a continuum from Early Years through Senior School. The curriculum combines IEYC and IPC in the early years with Cambridge IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme in the upper school, anchored in International Baccalaureate framework. IB educators are IB-certified, and the program emphasizes developing global, critical, and engaged citizens. Instruction is multilingual: students study in their home language and learn Spanish as a second language; English is taught as a foreign language, with Cambridge KET, PET, and IGCSE available and IB French possible. The school has a Psychopedagogical Department with Psychology Coordination and level-based psychologists who support students in developing cognitive, academic, social, and emotional skills. Follow-up is conducted through interviews, observations, and assessments; if learning difficulties arise, parents are informed and external referrals and follow-up are carried out. 1. Age requirements: Nursery: 3 years old by March 31 of the application year; Pre Kinder: 4 years old by March 31; Kinder: 5 years old by March 31. 2. Application procedure: a) The family identifies with the admissions area and provides color copies of the parents' IDs and the applicant; b) Pay the application fee of S/ 150.00; c) Complete family information requested by the admissions area and register the application in El Pinar Online. For siblings currently enrolled, to register a new applicant, use the provided link and fill in the required data at pinaronline.cubicol.pe. 3. Regular applicants: a) Register at the link and then click 'Register' to fill out the form; immediately receive a confirmation email. If no email is received, an Admissions advisor will contact the phone number provided within 24 hours to share the username and password to access the 'Solicitud de Ingreso' form; b) Complete all requested data and attach the required documents; c) Submit by clicking 'Enviar'. 4. Entrance fee and enrollment: The entrance fee for the 2026 admissions is S/ 3,000.00; Entrance fees paid are subject to Supreme Decree 005-2021-MINEDU. Families assigned a vacancy must pay within 7 calendar days from the notification date. 5. Pre enrollment: Students are enrolled with the Ministry of Education through the SIAGIE information system as new students. The school requires: SIAGIE Enrollment Form; SIAGIE Enrollment Certificate; Certificate of Studies; Latest Report; Certificate of No Debt; Conduct Certificate. Then log in to El Pinar Online with the user and password to validate the conditions and regulations of the educational service. 6. Enrollment: Complete enrollment and pay the first monthly installment on dates set by the administration. 7. Reentry: If a withdrawn student wishes to re-enter Nursery to Grade 1, the entire Admission process applies and reentry is subject to vacancy. If re-entering from Grade 2 to Grade 11, the applicant must go through the full Admission and Transfer process and reentry is subject to vacancy. 8. Foreign applicants: Certificates must be apostilled at the Peruvian consulate of the country of origin. While in Peru, present these documents to MINEDU for convalidation; the ministerial resolution will confirm convalidation. Vacancy is subject to MINEDU resolution. 9. Waitlist and new vacancies: Availability of vacancies is updated regularly. New vacancies are assigned according to priority criteria. The school will contact families who complete the process (documentation and interview). Those who do not obtain a vacancy will be placed on a waiting list if a vacancy becomes available.
