1. The Admission Office is open year‑round for evaluating students from abroad. Places are subject to availability. The school year runs from March to December in accordance with the southern hemisphere calendar, with a three‑week winter break in July and the second semester beginning in August.
2. Upper Nursery 2027 vacancies: 50.
3. Availability and start dates: Upper Nursery–Pre Kinder vacancies are listed for 2027; the programme notes available start is August 18, 2025. The admission process for 2027 begins from October 2025.
4. Application fee: US$150, non‑refundable. If an offer is made and accepted, the fee will be included as part of the admission payment.
5. Local Applicants: Required documents include an Application form (download), a photo, birth certificate, copies of DNI for applicant and parents, copies of the last two years' reports (from Grade 2) including the current year, a letter of recommendation from the class teacher (from Grade 2), and the registration fee of US$150. Documents to submit after a vacancy is offered for registration include: certificate of studies (from Grade 2), Ficha Única de matrícula, certificate of SIAGIE registration, 2 photos, and proof of no debts at the previous school.
6. International Applicants: Required documents include an Application form, 2 photos, birth certificate copy, copies of passport or immigration card for applicant and parents, copies of the last two years' reports (including the current year), and a certificate of good behaviour. The registration fee is US$150. After a vacancy is offered, documents to submit include the certificate of studies (authorised by the country's Ministry of Education and translated into Spanish, with the Peruvian Consulate seal as applicable).
7. After a vacancy offer: A set of documents is required to complete registration (certificate of studies, Ficha Única de matrícula, certificate of SIAGIE, 2 photos, and proof of no debts).

Hiram Bingham is an international school in Peru offering the International Baccalaureate continuum (PYP, MYP, DP) for ages 3 to 16. Founded in 1980, it is Peru's first school authorised for all three IB programmes (2003) and in 2022 underwent a continuum evaluation by IB.
