Marie Eugenie School for Innovative Learning (MESIL) and Milleret School of Business & Management for Women (MSBMW) provide co-curricular organizations that link academic study with professional exposure. MESIL groups include Assumption College Educators' Society (ACES), Psychological Society of the Assumption (PSA), AC Radio, Studio, and Young Communication Professionals of Assumption (YCPA). MSBMW groups include AIMMS (Integrated Marketing and Management Society), International Business Society of the Assumption (IBSA), and Entrepreneurial Society of Assumption (ESA). The network of student organizations integrates social orientation with coursework to develop service-minded leaders.
Mother Rose Hall includes an auditorium and blackbox theatre for performing arts.
International Students of the Assumption (ISA) comprises all non-Filipino students. It brings them together to celebrate their cultures and helps them adjust to life in the Philippines. ISA promotes cross-cultural exchange and community among international students.
Student Organizations & Associations are learning extensions that apply classroom learning to service for the school and society. MESIL and MSBMW clubs cover education, psychology, broadcasting, media, and business-related activities; Circulo, Voices, and TADC cover the performing arts; ACAO, SAGA, AC Times, and Regina document campus life. ISA, AIR, and AFC represent cultural life and campus liturgy within student life.
The Center for Social Involvement coordinates service programs and community partnerships. NSTP and DRRM workshops build readiness for emergencies and community resilience. Service on Saturdays engages students with partner communities, including the Jubilee Learning Center, through feeding programs and tutorials. Coastal Clean-ups and tree-nurturing projects promote environmental stewardship, and Paskong Assumptionista and Love Speaks express solidarity and social responsibility.

The Athletic Varsity Team includes Badminton, Basketball, Futsal, Pep Squad, Swimming, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, and Volleyball. The Faith & Spirituality Formation Center runs retreats, recollections, masses, and exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, with opportunities for daily prayer and private consultations. The FSF program envisions a community of faith and action aligned with the college mission.
