The admissions process begins by building a relationship with the family to get to know each student individually. An Admissions Phone Call with the admissions team is recommended to discuss the requirements. Application Documents are available online or as a PDF download. Fees are outlined and a deposit is required as part of the application process. Families may arrange an Information Visit to learn about BEIS. The process steps include: Admissions Application Form (complete here); Deposit (Php 5,000 non-refundable slot-reservation fee, deductible from tuition); Student Health Form (complete and upload the physician's report); Physicians Examination (forward this link to physicians to complete); Authorisation Form (for use of video and photography images); Recommendation Form (to be completed by the referee); Report Card (if written in a language other than English, a certified English translation is required); Birth Certificate (upload); Immunisation (upload); Passport - Foreign Applicants (upload the data and entry page); Payment of SSP - Foreign Applicants (arrange payment with the Bureau of Immigration); Special Study Permit - Foreign Applicants (upload your SSP). Boracay European International School (BEIS) is a non-profit, co-educational international school on Boracay Island. It teaches English as the language of instruction and serves children aged 3 to 14 through Nursery to Grade 8. BEIS offers the American Curriculum alongside Cambridge Secondary programmes, aligning with a pathway. The school was founded in 2008 by parents to serve Boracay's diverse nationalities and is fully accredited by Philippines Department of Education for elementary and secondary education. It operates in partnership with the German European School Manila, which holds IB World School accreditation to support an international framework. The campus comprises 10 classrooms, an Information and Communications Technology lab with 15 computers, a multipurpose gymnasium and playgrounds, and an air‑conditioned school bus.
