It teaches English as the language of instruction and serves children aged 3 to 14 through Nursery to Grade 8. BEIS offers the American Curriculum alongside Cambridge Secondary programmes, aligning with a pathway. The school was founded in 2008 by parents to serve Boracay's diverse nationalities and is fully accredited by Philippines Department of Education for elementary and secondary education. It operates in partnership with the German European School Manila, which holds IB World School accreditation to support an international framework. The campus comprises 10 classrooms, an Information and Communications Technology lab with 15 computers, a multipurpose gymnasium and playgrounds, and an air‑conditioned school bus. The curriculum emphasizes inquiry‑based learning, Math and Language Arts, and Pilipino language and culture. Distinctive features include BEIS House Teams—White Tigers, Blue Rays and Golden Phoenix—that foster teamwork and school spirit.
