Eton International School was founded in 2004 by Jacqueline Marzan-Tolentino as Eton School, a mall-based playschool offering Mandarin and Nihongo to Manila families. In 2005 it received a permit from the Department of Education to operate as an international school and became a non-stock, nonprofit entity named Eton International School. By 2007 the school opened its first Manila campus and launched its Grade School, providing two-year advanced programs and an international exchange with Singapore. In 2012 Eton opened a middle school and a second campus in Quezon City. In 2014–2015 the school added a three-storey building and the first high school graduates posted strong scores in Math, Science and English, signaling ongoing growth and achievement across its programs.
Two campuses serve Manila and Quezon City. The school adopted the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) and maintains a robotics program as part of its learning ecosystem. Field trips are part of the student experience, including international field trips for learning and exposure. The Eton Hymn is a traditional school song performed at events, reflecting the school's cultural traditions. Public-facing materials also show a calendar of school events and competitions across subjects, underscoring an active and collaborative school community.
