Application fees
- New student application fee (early / tiered): USD 150 for applications submitted January 1, 2026–February 15, 2026 (testing must be completed by March 13, 2026); USD 200 for February 16–March 31, 2026 (testing must be completed by April 17, 2026); USD 250 for April 1–May 15, 2026 (testing must be completed by June 5, 2026). For new applications starting May 16–June 13, 2026 the application fee is USD 300. All application fees include application and testing fees but exclude the required seat deposit upon acceptance.
- Returning student application fee (tiered): USD 50 per child for the earliest returning-student deadline, rising to USD 100 and then USD 150 per child depending on the date bracket shown for returning students. All application fees are non-refundable. The seat deposit of USD 300 is required upon acceptance and will be credited to tuition.

Tuition fees by school division (per semester and per year)
- Pre-K: Tuition USD 1,413 per semester / USD 2,825 per year. Facility/Technology Fee USD 488 per semester / USD 975 per year.
- Elementary (Kindergarten–Grade 5): Tuition USD 7,905 per semester / USD 15,810 per year. Facility/Technology Fee USD 743 per semester / USD 1,485 per year.
- Middle School (Grades 6–8): Tuition USD 8,508 per semester / USD 17,015 per year. Facility/Technology Fee USD 743 per semester / USD 1,485 per year.
- High School (Grades 9–12): Tuition USD 9,098 per semester / USD 18,195 per year. Facility/Technology Fee USD 743 per semester / USD 1,485 per year.

Boarding fees and related charges
- Boarding registration fee (paid upon acceptance): New students USD 100 per child; returning students USD 100 if registered by the stated early returning deadline, increasing to USD 150 after the later deadline. Boarding students will not have space reserved until all required forms and fees are complete.
- Room & board: Published 7-day boarding rate USD 6,600 (5-day rate requires direct discussion with the Director of Boarding). Boarding Facility/Technology Fee is set at 75% of the Academic Facility/Technology Fee for the applicable division (i.e., it is calculated as 75% of the Facility/Technology Fee shown for the division).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment plan options and due dates:
- Quarterly (default if no plan chosen): payments due August 1, October 1, January 1, and March 1; minimum due is 25% of annual fees at each quarterly date.
- Monthly: initial payment of 20% due August 1, then monthly payments of 10% on the first of each month from September through April (total 9 payments: 20% + eight 10% installments).
- Annual or Semester: discounts are available for early payments—payment in full on or before the first day of school receives a 3% discount; paying 50% on or before the first day of school and the remaining 50% on January 1 receives a 1% discount on each payment.
- Penalties and defaults: a 2% penalty is assessed on any amount more than 30 days overdue. If no payment plan is chosen, the quarterly plan will be applied by default.

Other costs and optional service fees
- Seat deposit: USD 300 required upon acceptance; the deposit is applied as a credit to tuition.
- Uniforms and campus-store items: uniforms, school supplies, and branded items are available through the campus store; uniform purchases are an additional family cost and prices are determined by the campus store at time of purchase.
- Cafeteria / meal accounts: the school cafeteria accepts deposits to student accounts; meal and snack purchases are charged to the student account.
- Transportation (van service): Faith Academy operates van services in six zones with annual fees by zone. Published annual one-way rates (examples) are: Zone 1 USD 1,580; Zone 2 USD 1,900; Zone 3 USD 2,020; Zone 4 USD 2,120; Zone 5 USD 2,300; Zone 6 USD 2,470. Family discounts apply (1st and 2nd students pay full rate; 3rd student 75% of rate; 4th+ students 50% of rate). Single-ride van passes are charged to the school account and range roughly from USD 6.30 to USD 8.05 depending on route. Registration for the next year's van service is due in May; failure to continue the service as committed may result in a charge equal to 10% of the semester fee.
- Additional program or activity fees: certain co-curricular activities, private lessons, or specialty programs may carry additional fees as published for those activities (these vary by program and year).

Refund information
- Application fees are explicitly non-refundable. The USD 300 seat deposit is applied to tuition once a student is accepted. The school's published tuition & fees page lists application and deposit rules but does not publish a separate detailed tuition refund schedule on that same fees page. Any refund entitlements or exceptions (for example, in the case of withdrawal or extraordinary circumstances) are handled according to the school's business office policies and should be confirmed with the Business Office at the time of registration.

Accepted payment methods and payment instructions
- Accepted payment forms include credit cards (major cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), U.S. dollars (cash and checks in USD), and USD checks; the school will exchange USD to Philippine Pesos to a stated daily limit for cash exchanges. Bank transfers to the school's Philippine Peso and USD bank accounts are accepted for payments and donations; the school publishes domestic bank account details for deposits and wired transfers. For donation-related bank deposits the school lists Philippine banks (Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Banco de Oro) and provides SWIFT codes for international transfers. Digital/mobile wallets (e.g., GCash) are not authorized for certain fund transfers that are routed through the Business Office for donations. Faith Academy Manila is a long-established international Christian school located just outside Manila. It serves a Pre-K through Grade 12 program, with Cambridge International IGCSE as the secondary curriculum. Classes are taught in English, and English proficiency is required for admission.
