Specific SHS annual totals are shown in program schedules where listed.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Enrollment is charged on a per‑school‑year (SY) basis rather than per semester or monthly basis for in‑campus programs. Payment options for school fees generally are: full payment upon enrollment, or installment plans spread over 3 months, 6 months, or 9 months (program‑specific limits apply; for the OHDL International program the maximum installment for international applicants is indicated as three months). An interest charge of 2.75% per month is applied to past‑due monthly installments.
- For certain third‑party subscriptions used in online international programs, the third‑party subscription is paid separately by the parent/student and may be billed monthly in USD (examples shown as US$29.95 x 10 months).

Boarding / Accommodation fees

- The school provides Homestay accommodation (limited availability). Homestay fees range from PHP 16,000 to PHP 27,000 per month per person depending on accommodation and occupancy. The homestay fee is inclusive of a shared room/dormitory style bed, three meals per day (Filipino food), laundry, housekeeping (weekly linen change), internet access and transportation to/from the school. Homestay fees must be paid in full before check‑in and homestay fees paid are not refundable.

Other costs and recurring / one‑off charges

- Uniforms, student ID and school supplies are charged separately and are excluded from the listed tuition/learning materials amounts.
- Learning materials: some programs include a designated learning materials fee (examples above show PHP 7,000 or PHP 10,000 depending on program and grade); excess printed PACES or additional materials are charged separately where applicable. Penmanship e‑book (example US$21.99) and other digital textbook charges are listed separately in distance‑learning schedules. Third‑party curriculum subscriptions (for international OHDL) are separate costs in USD.
- ESL / TESOL / short courses: hourly and program rates differ. ESL one‑to‑one rates are shown (example PHP 450–600 per hour). TESOL online and onsite rates are listed by participant type; onsite TESOL requires the commitment fee described above. Special Study Permit (SSP) processing and immigration‑related costs for foreign students are charged in addition to tuition (SSP processing fee example PHP 2,880 plus around PHP 7,040 for SSP filing/registration). Other listed miscellaneous fees for ESL include monthly books/materials (example PHP 900) and airport pick‑up (example PHP 500).

Refund information and commitments

- General policy statements show that school fees are charged in full for the entire school year even if a student withdraws during the year; early registration/enrollment payments are generally non‑refundable, and allowable refunds (if any) are subject to administrative charges per school policy. An explicit statement in the payment instructions also indicates the school's policy that “all fees paid to the School by the student are non‑refundable” in the matters listed there. TESOL onsite commitment fees are refundable or transferable in the specific circumstances described in the TESOL policy (for example when an onsite class is cancelled by the school); homestay accommodation fees paid are not refundable.

Fee payment methods and banking details (how parents normally pay)

- Philippine peso payments (for parents in the Philippines) may be made by deposit or electronic transfer to the school's account at Metrobank (account names and account numbers are published for PHP payments). The school requests notification of deposits/transfers for confirmation and notes that senders must bear correspondent bank charges for transfers. Example account numbers shown for PHP payments include Current Account: 099‑7‑09952192‑5 (Metrobank Cebu‑Mabolo) and Savings/other accounts referenced in admission/payment pages; SWIFT code is provided where international bank transfers are required.
- Alternative payment channels accepted include Western Union, ML Kwarta Padala, Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Express and Xoom; in‑person payment at the school cashier is also available for those in Cebu City. Parents are asked to e‑mail proof/reference numbers after sending funds.
