Step 1. Application: Fill out LSIS Admission and Health Forms at the Office of the Admissions or apply online for validation. A Php400.00 assessment fee must be paid and the receipt presented to the Admission Officer, who will set a definite date for the entrance exam. The forms you submit are used to establish enrollment eligibility and to begin the testing process. This initial step lays the groundwork for the assessment that follows.
Step 2. Assessment: On the day of the entrance exam, bring theTesting receipt; the exam duration is about 30 minutes for Preschool and about 2 hours for Grades 1–12. The examination assesses readiness for the intended grade level and informs enrollment decisions. After testing, the staff explains the next steps based on results.
Step 3. Submission of Requirements: Submit all necessary enrollment documents to the Office of Admission for approval and validation by the Registrar. A complete list of required documents is available on the Enrollment Requirements page. Meeting these requirements is necessary to finalize enrollment.
Step 4. Payment: Proceed to the Accounting Office for the final computation of tuition and fees and complete payment for enrollment. The financial settlement occurs after the assessment and document submission, at which point enrollment is confirmed.
LSIS accepts new students, transferees, returning students, and international students with good moral standing. The only entry point to LSIS is via admission test, and admission is dependent upon the number of slots available. The site does not publish a separate waitlist or pool system.
LSIS offers scholarships and financial grants to qualified students. Available scholarship types include: Full Scholarship (100% tuition and all miscellaneous fees) and Partial Scholarship (50% or 100% discount on tuition). Eligibility and entitlements are defined by the scholarship program. The Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Scholarship provides government subsidies through FAPE or PEAC in the form of tuition vouchers for Junior High (Grade 7–10) and Senior High (Grade 11–12).
Application requirements and qualifications for scholarships include: a duly accomplished LSIS Scholarship Application Form, Certificate of Rank, a Letter of Recommendation, a copy of the Progress Report Card, LSIS Admission Test Results (STANINE of 7 or higher), a Certificate of Good Moral signed by the School Principal, and two 2x2 photographs. Special note: student-transferees (incoming Grades 8, 9, or 10) who wish to apply for scholarships and grants are accommodated only after one year of residency in LSIS.
Scholarship conditions require maintaining an Honors Grade/General Average typically in the 90–98 range, maintaining a Conduct Grade of 85% or higher (AO), having no disciplinary infractions, and showing active involvement in school or community activities. Educational support may continue until graduation or completion of high school subject to these conditions.

Living Stone International School (LSIS) is a private, multi-level school in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, founded in 2007. The campus at 43-B Marlim Blvd. Ext., corner Debra Street in the Pulung Maragul area serves students from Pre-Kinder through Senior High School. The curriculum follows the Philippines' K-12 framework with LSIS's own program, including Pre-Kinder, Kinder, Grade School and High School levels, and English as the primary language of instruction (Filipino is taught as a subject). Robotics is integrated across the entire curriculum from Kindergarten to Senior High School, supporting math, science and technology learning. The school emphasizes values education, including God's Gift Hour and Outreach Programs, and provides facilities such as a Library, ICT rooms, Robotics Laboratory, Science Labs, a canteen and a Medical Clinic. Senior High students may access DepEd vouchers and the Funds for Assistance to Private Education (FAPE). The student body is diverse, with Filipinos, international students and dual citizens represented among about 656 students in 2019-2020.
