Annual figures below are the published full‑year tuition amounts; per‑term amounts are calculated from those totals using the 40/30/30 rule and rounded to the peso so that terms add back to the annual total.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoicing and payment rhythm: the tuition billing follows a 40% (first term) / 30% / 30% split. Students enrolled mid‑term are billed pro rata for the remainder of the term.
- Penalties for late payment: a 2% surcharge is applied if payment is not made by the deadline and then 2% per additional month of delay on outstanding amounts. The school may require full annual payment in advance for repeated late payers and may take legal action for significant unpaid balances.
- Family discounts and payment adjustments: a 1% discount on tuition applies for yearly payment (family rate only, not corporate rate). Discounts for multiple children attend the school: 10% for three children and 20% for four or more (applies to family rate only; not cumulative with other discounts). Monthly payment for family rate is possible but carries an additional PHP 1,000 per month (PHP 10,000 per year) in administration fees.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Boarding: not applicable. The Lycée Français de Manille operates as a day school; no boarding fees are listed in the school financial regulations for the 2025–2026 year.

Other costs and optional fees
- Transport (school bus) and canteen (school meals): these are separate services billed and collected directly by the third‑party providers; fees for bus and canteen are not included in the tuition amounts.
- Co‑curricular / extracurricular activities (annual family fee structure published for ECA): one activity PHP 15,000; two activities PHP 28,000; three activities PHP 39,000; more than three PHP 13,000 per additional activity (annual family pricing). These activity tariffs are charged in addition to tuition.
- Optional items and small charges listed in the financial regulations: additional car stickers PHP 100 each (first sticker free), additional yearbook copies (one free per family), class photos, language certification exam fees (CAMBRIDGE / DELF / DELE / DSD) and school trips (trip charges and separate terms). Bus and canteen fees must be paid directly to respective service providers.
- Insurance and any mandatory fees included: certain insurances and specific service fees are included in fee calculations as noted in the school's published fee schedule and financial rules.

Refund information and leaving mid‑year
- Partial refunds on departure: for the 1st and 2nd trimesters, if a student departs before the mid‑point of the trimester, half of the ongoing trimester may be refunded (subject to the school's formulas described in the financial regulations). The third trimester, once started, is due in full and is non‑refundable. Students who enroll mid‑year are charged pro rata for the remainder of the current trimester.
- School trip cancellation: in the event of school‑trip cancellation for natural or health risks (decision in consultation with the French Embassy), families will be reimbursed up to 50% of costs incurred and 50% of additional on‑site costs if return flight changes are required; late payment of fees may lead to exclusion from trips.

Fee payment options and conditions
- Accepted payment channels: payments may be made at the school accounting office or online via the school's designated online payment portal. For online payments, credit card surcharges apply: 0.5% for credit cards issued in France and the EU; 1% for other cards. For check, over‑the‑counter bank deposits or bank transfers, parents must indicate the student's name and provide proof of deposit; wire transfer costs are borne by the payer. The exchange rate used for foreign‑currency payments is the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) rate as of the 1st day of the billing month.

Other practical notes about fees
- Re‑enrollment is conditional: the school will not accept re‑enrollment for the following school year if tuition and all fees for the previous year are not fully paid. Families awarded a full French government scholarship are exempt from paying the refundable deposit and first‑time registration fee; families awaiting a scholarship decision may be temporarily exempt pending the commission decision (with conditions and deadlines).
