NAIS Manila uses a prescribed school uniform to foster identity and belonging. The policy requires plain black school shoes, white PE trainers, knee-length skirts, and hair tied back; jewellery is limited to plain studs. Swimming costumes and caps are available from the uniform shop, and a hat is worn outdoors.
Lunch is provided daily by Sodexo with a variety of local and international options, accommodating dietary requirements; a school nutritionist develops healthy eating plans for students.
NAIS Manila has four Houses: Normans (red), Saxons (green), Romans (blue), Vikings (yellow). A merit system awards House points for progress and achievement, and inter-house competitions include sports days, swimming galas, poetry and music; regular House assemblies elect captains.
NAIS Manila is part of Nord Anglia Education, a global network of premium international schools. Nord Anglia Education is a private company; in March 2025, an EQT-led consortium completed the acquisition of Nord Anglia Education, expanding its ownership with global institutional investors.
