Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Reedley International School integrates Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) as part of its Life Skills and Life Coaching framework, using the CASEL five competencies to support students' emotional and social development.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Reedley accepts mild to moderate learning needs (Tier 1–2), operates the Center for Individualized Academic Program (CIAP) for Lower School 1 to Middle School 6, and is not equipped to provide Tier 3 interventions or function as a dedicated SEN institution.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

English is the language of instruction, and an English as a Second Language (ESL) program is available to support students who need language assistance.

Mental Wellbeing

Mental wellbeing is supported through SEL, Life Skills, and Life Coaching, with an anti-bullying policy and staff including teachers and counselors who provide guidance.

Safeguarding

Reedley maintains a safeguarding commitment to protect children, including a downloadable Child Protection Handbook and safeguarding policies for staff.

Reedley International School is a private, non-sectarian, co-educational K-12 international school located in Pasig City, Metro Manila, on J. Cruz Street in Barangay Ugong. Founded in 1999, RIS occupies an eight-storey building with a 10,000 square meter floor area designed for effective learning. It is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and is a regular member of the Council of International Schools (CIS) and East Asia Regional Council of Schools (EARCOS); it is also a Certified School of Character. RIS follows an international academic curriculum that blends Singaporean, American, and Filipino approaches, aligned with DepEd regulations. In Mathematics and Science, Singaporean standards guide the program, while Language Arts and Social Studies follow American standards. The Senior High School offers four strands: ABM, HUMSS, GAS, and STEM; Advanced Placement (AP) courses are available to enhance college readiness. The school provides CIAP (Center for Individualized Academic Program) and a Small Class Program to support learners with diverse needs. Co-curriculars include clubs such as debate, glee, and dance, and a varsity team named the Silverbacks. Language of instruction is English; Filipino is taught as a Foreign Language. The school emphasizes social-emotional learning and anti-bullying policy.
