1. Scan the QR code to access the Online Enrollment Application Form and submit it. After submission, the School Registrar will reach out to you for the next steps. The enrollment process is designed to start online and proceed through assessment, payment, and registration. 2. An assessment is required for Preschool to Grade 10. The assessment is conducted online via Google Meet and is free. The assessment is for profiling rather than an admission decision, and the schedule is based on the information you provide in the Enrollment Application Form. 3. The Cashier will send a School Fees Assessment and a payment link via email and SMS for Philippine numbers. You may pay via the online link, at the branch, or by bank deposit to Starland EastWest, BPI, BDO, or UnionBank. Payment completes the enrollment steps and triggers issuance of the Certificate of Registration. 4. The School Registrar will issue a Certificate of Registration as proof that your child has been enrolled at Starland International School. The certificate confirms enrollment and may be accompanied by next steps such as uniforms or information sheet updates. 5. Enrollment requirements vary by level. Local learners must provide the Birth Certificate, photos, and other standard documents; Preschool and Grade 1 involve a Free Online Assessment via Google Meet, while higher grades require documents such as Report Card, Good Moral Character, and Form 137 (for transferees) among others. For foreign learners, additional documents include Passport copies, Visa/ACR, Special Study Permit, Guardian's Affidavit, and extra photos. All documents are submitted to the Administration Office. 6. Application Procedure: Submit the requirements to the Administration Office. Arrange for an assessment schedule for your child. Request Admission Slip for the entrance assessment. Get the assessment result afterward. The school uses English as the primary language of instruction, with Nihongo and Spanish offered as foreign language options. 7. Registration Procedure: Settle the required payment of school fees before the deadline. Secure an updated Information Sheet for the current school year.
