Application / Enrollment Charges

- No separate application fee is charged. The assessment for Preschool to Grade 10 is free.
- Enrollment is confirmed by a confirmation deposit (reservation amount) rather than a separate reservation fee. For Cagayan de Oro (CDO) the confirmation deposit is PHP 5,000. (Other branch amounts are PHP 7,000 for certain branches).

Tuition by Year Group (amounts and structure)

- Tuition is set per student and varies by grade level, campus/branch, and learning modality (Face-to-Face, Online Distance Learning, Blended, or Homeschooling). The school issues an individualized School Fees Assessment that lists the exact tuition and other charges for the enrolling learner. Billing schedule and payment terms

- If the learner attended the free enrichment class, no refund is given for one month upon school opening; if the learner did not attend the enrichment class, an amount equal to 50% is deducted upon enrollment. If dropping two months after school opening there is no refund.
- Early withdrawal before classes open: if the enrolled learner will not continue before classes open and did not avail of the Summer Enrichment Program (SEP), a service charge of PHP 2,000 applies; if the learner availed of SEP, a charge of PHP 3,500 (equivalent to the 5‑day SEP amount) applies.
- Refunds are not available for annual-mode payers after three months from school opening. Parents must submit any promissory or other arrangements in writing and coordinate with School Management.

The school offers four learning modalities: Face-to-Face, Online Distance Learning, Homeschooling, and Blended Learning. Class sizes and schedules vary by modality, and the School Year 2026–2027 officially starts July 22, 2026, with Learner Orientation and Diagnostic Tests. 6) Enrollment requirements (local and foreign).
