The American School of Wrocław was founded to empower the next generation of children to explore a multicultural world through knowledge, experiences and a deep understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives. We offer international education for children from age one through to the end of high school. Our integrated curriculum blends elements of the Polish education system with ideas inspired from overseas, including the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP). From the day we opened, ASW has promoted multilingualism in a bilingual environment welcoming students from many nationalities.
ASW has an international outlook, proudly welcoming students from many nationalities. The languages, cultures and worldviews of our students enrich our community. The bilingual environment fosters intercultural competencies and multilingualism from day one. The success of ASW relies on partnerships with parents who actively contribute to the community, and on teachers who passionately carry out the school's mission. The school hosts events for families, including Open Day and Coffee with the Principal.
American School of Wrocław is a private, bilingual school serving ages 1 through 18, with two campuses supporting age-appropriate learning. The IB DP prepares students for higher education through six subjects and the core components Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay, and CAS.
