Nursery has no uniform. Reception to Year 5 wear a white BSW polo shirt, blue jumper or cardigan and grey trousers or a grey skirt, with a blue-and-white summer dress available in warmer weather. Year 6 to Year 9 wear a plain white dress shirt, blue jumper or cardigan, grey trousers or skirt, and the BSW necktie, with a blazer compulsory from Year 7; the PE kit is a navy T-shirt and navy/black shorts, with a tracksuit hoodie and trousers for cooler months, and white-soled shoes are required for PE.
There is a health-focused canteen on campus.

British Primary School of Wilanow is a British international school offering the Cambridge International Curriculum for Primary and Secondary, with an eight-year program for ages 3 to 14. The purpose-built campus provides dedicated spaces for science, sport, the arts and outdoor exploration, including interactive multimedia classrooms, a drama studio, a dance studio, a music room, a library and a sports hall.
