Application & admission fees
- Enrolment (one‑time) fee: PLN 3,000 payable within five (5) days of signing the first Agreement.
- Tuition‑fee prepayment on initial enrolment: PLN 4,500 payable within five (5) days of signing the first Agreement; treated as a prepayment and refundable in accordance with the signed Agreement.
- Trial & assessment fee (when requested by the school): PLN 1,500 payable in advance (within five days before the Trial); this fee is non‑refundable but will be deducted from the enrolment charge if the applicant is offered a place.
- Re‑enrolment tuition prepayment: PLN 4,500 payable according to the school's re‑enrolment timeline; refundable according to the signed Agreement.
Tuition fees — Academic year 2026/27 (PLN)
Annual payment figures include the published 5% discount for an annual payment (this discount is not applicable to mid‑year entries). The school offers either a single annual payment due by 1 August or three fixed instalments due 1 August, 1 December and 1 March. Mid‑year entries are charged proportionally on a termly basis.

Billing schedule, payment deadlines and terms
- Annual payment deadline: 1 August (5% discount applied to the annual amount). Three‑instalment schedule: 1 August, 1 December, 1 March. Mid‑year entries are charged proportionally on a termly basis and annual payment discount does not apply to mid‑year entries.
- Tuition prepayments required at enrolment / re‑enrolment are payable within the timelines stated in the Agreement and in the Fee Schedule. These prepayments are refundable only according to the terms of the signed Agreement.
- Administrative charges may be added for additional processes such as invoice corrections and repeated payment reminders. Requests for invoices and billing queries are handled by the payments team (payments@bswilanow.org); include the child's name, year group, canteen choice and bus details when requesting an invoice.

Other fees and regular additional costs
- Canteen (morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack): PLN 7,425 per year, or three payments of PLN 3,000 (1 Aug) + PLN 3,000 (1 Dec) + PLN 1,500 (1 Mar).
- Breakfast service (7:30–8:00am): PLN 2,500 per year, or three payments of PLN 1,000 (1 Aug) + PLN 1,000 (1 Dec) + PLN 500 (1 Mar).
- After‑school care / The Late Room (Nursery to Year 3, 3:30–5:00pm, includes evening snack): PLN 3,500 per year, or three payments of PLN 1,400 (1 Aug) + PLN 1,400 (1 Dec) + PLN 700 (1 Mar).
- English language support (EAL): PLN 3,000 per term for intensive in‑class and withdrawal lessons (scope agreed after assessment).
- Learning support (specialist support as required): PLN 3,000 per term (scope agreed individually after assessment).
- School uniform: wearing a school uniform is compulsory from Early Years through Secondary Key Stage 3; uniform items are available via the school's listed uniform supplier. Specific uniform prices are set by the supplier.
- School trips, clubs and extracurricular activities: separate charges apply for some trips, events and optional clubs; these costs are communicated to parents in advance and invoiced as applicable.
Sibling discounts
- Sibling tuition reductions: 5% on the second child, 15% on the third child and 25% on the fourth child. Sibling reductions may be combined with the annual‑payment discount.
Refund and non‑refund rules
- The Trial & Assessment fee (PLN 1,500) is non‑refundable but will be deducted from the enrolment charge if a place is offered and the family completes enrolment. Tuition prepayments (initial and re‑enrolment) are refundable only according to the terms of the signed Agreement. Routine tuition refunds, pro‑rata calculations for mid‑year entry and any specific refund terms are handled under the school Agreement.
