Preschool — monthly tuition and one‑off fee

- Monthly tuition (younger groups): PLN 1,900. Annual equivalent (12 months): PLN 22,800. Per‑term equivalent (annual ÷ 3): PLN 7,600.
- Monthly tuition (Polish‑language zerówka): PLN 1,300. Annual equivalent: PLN 15,600. Per‑term equivalent: PLN 5,200.
- Monthly tuition (bilingual Grade 0, for preschool graduates in the primary‑school building): PLN 2,650. Annual equivalent: PLN 31,800. Per‑term equivalent: PLN 10,600.
- One‑off registration (enrolment) fee: PLN 1,900, payable within 7 days of signing the contract.
- Additional costs borne by parents: meals, textbooks, insurance, school trips, and any individually selected extra paid activities (e.g., swim, coding, specialist clubs).

Primary school — monthly tuition and one‑off fee

- Monthly tuition (standard): PLN 3,500. Annual equivalent (12 months): PLN 42,000. Per‑term equivalent (annual ÷ 3): PLN 14,000.
- Monthly tuition (for graduates of the school's preschool): PLN 3,325. Annual equivalent: PLN 39,900. Per‑term equivalent: PLN 13,300.
- One‑off registration (enrolment) fee: PLN 3,500 (PLN 3,325 for preschool graduates), payable on the day the contract is signed.
- What tuition covers (examples): bilingual IB instruction, selected extra‑curricular activities, psychological support, supervised after‑school care and certain included extracurricular sessions; meals are not included in the tuition.
- Additional costs borne by parents: school meals, textbooks, insurance, excursions, and any optional paid extracurriculars.

High school (International IB) — monthly tuition and one‑off fee

- Monthly tuition — Pre‑IB (classes I and II): PLN 4,230. Annual equivalent (12 months): PLN 50,760. Per‑term equivalent (annual ÷ 3): PLN 16,920.
- Monthly tuition — IB Diploma Programme (classes III and IV, DP1 and DP2): PLN 5,330. Annual equivalent: PLN 63,960. Per‑term equivalent: PLN 21,320.
- One‑off registration (enrolment) fee: PLN 4,230 for Pre‑IB (classes I–II) or PLN 5,330 for DP classes (III–IV), payable on signing the contract.
- What tuition covers (examples): bilingual IB curriculum, language instruction with native speakers, selected extra activities; meals are not included in the tuition.
- Additional costs borne by parents: school meals, textbooks and materials, insurance, field trips, IB exam fees where applicable, and optional paid extracurriculars.

Billing schedule and payment terms (all levels)

- Tuition is billed and payable over 12 months of the year, beginning 1 September; monthly instalments are the standard billing unit.
- The one‑off registration/enrolment fee is due on signing the enrolment contract (preschool specifies payment within 7 days).
- Discounts commonly applied: 5% sibling discount for the younger child; additional 5% discount for payment of the full annual tuition in advance before 1 September. Discounts do not combine.
- The enrolment contract sets final payment arrangements and schedules at the time of signing.

Boarding / accommodation

- The schools operate as day schools; transport is provided by a school bus for primary and high‑school students. No boarding accommodation or boarding fees apply.

Other costs and uniform

- Uniforms are mandatory; uniforms are school‑coloured garments bearing the school logo and are arranged through the school during recruitment/enrolment procedures. Specific uniform pricing and ordering arrangements are handled during enrolment.
- Typical additional parental costs across levels include: school meals, textbooks and workbooks, insurance, school trips and excursions, IB exam or external exam fees (where applicable), and optional paid extra‑curricular lessons or clubs. Some selected activities are included in tuition; others are charged separately.

Refunds, cancellations and contractual terms

- The one‑off registration fee is a contractually due payment at enrolment; tuition is charged on a 12‑month basis. Specific refund, cancellation and leave‑of‑absence terms are set out in the enrolment contract and other contractual documents that are signed at the time of admission. The enrolment contract defines any conditions, deadlines and calculations that apply to refunds or partial refunds.

Fee payment arrangements and methods

- Monthly billing over 12 months is the standard arrangement; the enrolment contract establishes the payment schedule and the exact payment instructions. Payment timing (monthly instalment dates) and accepted payment methods are agreed at contract signing and in the school's enrolment paperwork.

Da Vinci's International Schools in Poland offer a continuous IB program from early childhood through the final diploma. The Preschool provides the IB PYP with Candidate status and is followed by the Primary School, which teaches the PYP and MYP in English within a multilingual environment. The High School delivers the IB Diploma Programme with Pre-IB preparation. Ages range from 2 to 18, and the campus is private and day-based. The English-language instruction is complemented by a bilingual/multilingual setting that supports international-mindedness and cross-cultural understanding. The campus near Mogilskie Roundabout features a spacious interior, a large parking lot, three playgrounds, a sports field, and a school bus service for primary and high school students.
