The educational programme focuses on holistic development of the student. Learning aims to develop curiosity about the world, a desire to broaden knowledge, and the ability to become a lifelong learner. Students are encouraged to develop their own interests and to think critically and independently. The IB Learner Profile describes attributes the school seeks to nurture in all students, including Inquirers, Knowledgeable, Thinkers, Communicators, Principled, Open-minded, Caring, Risk-takers, Balanced, and Reflective. Students are encouraged to cooperate with their peers and respect the rights and dignity of others. These elements underpin social and emotional development across regular classes, form periods, extracurricular activities, trips and school projects.
From Grade 2, English is the language of instruction. The school teaches the mother tongues of students, as well as German and Spanish. In the first grade of high school two foreign language courses are offered: German and Spanish. English language learning is organized to prepare students for learning in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Bilingual teaching at the Foundation of International Education prepares students to learn in international programmes and to use English with ease and at a high level.

Standards of Protection of Minors aim to act for the well-being and best interests of students and to create an environment free from harm. Staff treat children with respect and consider their needs, helping them develop while promoting cooperation and rights. The policy includes rules ensuring safe relationships between minors and staff, including safe recruitment practices. It identifies risk factors of abuse and provides procedures for intervention in cases of suspected abuse, and it covers personal data and image protection, as well as the use of electronic devices and internet safety. Appendices include Blue Card procedures and ongoing monitoring of compliance.
International High School of Wroclaw is a private, independent international high school in Wroclaw, Poland, serving students aged 15 to 18. The school offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (DP) alongside the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Pre-IB in Grade 1, with English and Polish as languages of instruction. In September 2016, learning moved to the Center for International Education on Racławicka Street 101, a modern campus of about 12,000 square meters with two floors, secure facilities, and extensive outdoor space of around 2.1 hectares. Class sizes are capped at 20, enabling individualized attention. Facilities include biology, chemistry, and physics laboratories, humanities rooms, a multilingual library of roughly 11,000 volumes, an auditorium, a theatre hall, a cafeteria, and dedicated sports halls plus outdoor sports grounds. The program emphasizes service learning, with mandatory CAS hours, and opportunities, such as Model United Nations, as well as arts and theatre participation globally.
