The online Application Form requires Year applying for (2025/2026 or 2026/2027); Student's current school and grade; Curriculum options (National Curriculum, International Baccalaureate, Cambridge International, Montessori, American School, Home Schooling by Parents, Private Babysitter, Nursery, Other); Vaccination details; Medical information; Parent/Guardian details; and the source of the referral (Where did you hear about IPS?). The form contains six sections: Personal, Academic, Vaccination, Medical, Parents, and Feedback. Curriculum options appear in the form. The Tuition and Fees for 2025–2026 include: Preschool – Admission Fee 2,090 PLN; Pre-K1 & Pre-K2 Tuition 3,250 PLN/month; Kindergarten Tuition 3,350 PLN/month. Primary & Lower Secondary – Enrollment Fee 2,790 PLN (one-time); Tuition Grades 1–5 3,850 PLN/month; Tuition Grades 6–8 4,150 PLN/month. Upper Secondary – Admission Process Fee 800 PLN; Enrollment Fee 2,990 PLN; Tuition Grades 9–10 4,800 PLN/month; Tuition Grades 11–12 5,000 PLN/month. Tuition is paid in 10 months of the year for Grades 1–8 and Grades 9–12.
IPS International School of Wrocław operates on a campus located in the residential Krzyki district. The school implements the Cambridge International Curriculum alongside the Polish National Curriculum, allowing students to transition between international and local systems. Facilities include specialized science labs, a library, and dedicated art studios. A distinct feature of the school is the "Dual Curriculum" program, which provides intensive Polish language and history lessons for local students while maintaining an English-speaking environment for the broader community. Students participate in the "Eco-Schools" program, focusing on environmental awareness through student-led projects. The school offers a variety of afternoon clubs, ranging from robotics and coding to ceramics and drama.
