In September 2024, Wrocław welcomed the opening of Maple Bear Wrocław, the second Maple Bear Polish-Canadian school and preschool in Poland, following Maple Bear Katowice. The Wrocław campus is housed in the historic Kościuszki 84 building, which formerly served as a primary school and, in the 1970s, as a boarding school. For many Wrocław residents, the address is also associated with the Wrocław School of Jazz and Entertainment Music, which opened in 1998. After the building's closure, it joined the Maple Bear network.
Maple Bear Wrocław is a private Canadian‑affiliated school and kindergarten for children aged 3 to 11. The curriculum blends the Canadian Maple Bear program with the Polish national core, and all activities are conducted in English with daily language immersion. The school is housed in the historic Kościuszki 84 building, a former primary school later used as a boarding and cultural site, now refurbished for Maple Bear. The campus covers about 1,411 square meters and includes a children's gym, a verdant playground, and a 700‑square‑meter field. Class groups are small, with two teachers per classroom, supporting individualized attention. Maple Bear Wrocław emphasizes inquiry‑based learning within a bilingual framework and is supported by the MBQA Quality Assurance Program. The school operates year‑round from 7:30 to 17:30, with uniform options and family services available to help daily life and learning. Maple Bear Wrocław also features English language immersion across subjects for learners.
