The school provides an academic program that prepares students for the next stages of education while equipping them with the tools to become independent adults. The school integrates farm life with academic study, so students learn responsibility, cooperation, and practical problem-solving through living and working on the farm. In the Adolescent Community, Mathematics and IT are taught in English and Polish; Science is bilingual (biology, chemistry, geography and physics); English studies; languages; and Microeconomics and Business Studies through running farm-based enterprises; and self-expression through Music, Poetry, and Arts. The Upper School provides Pre-IB preparation with English and Polish instruction, and Spanish as a second language, with private tutoring in French or German.
Self-expression through music, poetry, and arts is part of the Adolescent Community. The team supports creativity with digital art and photography as part of the program. Creativity is connected with broader studies and real-life work on the farm.

The daily routine includes chores and time for rest and pursuing personal passions, with living, cooking, and study integrated into a community life.
Living, studying and working on the farm fosters coexistence, responsibility for the community and interdependence. Students market and sell homegrown vegetables, honey, preserves, and handicrafts at the local market, gaining practical trade experience. This form of education emphasizes reciprocity, respect, hard work, responsibility for self and others, and the ability to make decisions and bear the consequences.
Microeconomics and Business Studies are conducted through running farm-based ventures such as a farm, wood shop, kitchen, and guest-house service. The program emphasizes independence, responsibility, and leadership through the Montessori Plan of Study and Work and the social organization of adolescence. Entrance interviews (in English) and a five-day trial assess readiness for study and work and reinforce leadership and accountability.
Students live on the farm in an ecologically conscious environment that supports a healthy, responsible life. A structured daily rhythm runs from a 7:00 a.m. wake-up to 9:30 a.m. academic start, with daily chores and time for rest and pursuing personal passions. Movement and sports are encouraged, including soccer, volleyball, capture the flag, and yoga.
Montessori Farm School in Poland is a private, bilingual Montessori community for adolescents aged 12 to 18, with a residential option for upper secondary students. It sits within the Warsaw Montessori Family network and extends the Montessori ethos into a farm-based, real-life learning environment. The curriculum blends Montessori methods, the IB Diploma Program at the pre-IB level, and a bespoke Polish high-school alignment. English is used for entrance interviews and instruction, while Polish is taught alongside Spanish as a second language, with private tutoring in French or German available. The Upper School operates from the Center for Study and Work at Radzyń Podlaski and provides hands-on, place-based education that begins with Visual Arts and Theatre and extends through biology-chemistry and math-physics. Students live on site, work on the farm, and run small enterprises, selling vegetables, honey, and crafts, fostering independence and social responsibility. Extracurriculars include beekeeping, arts, and cultural celebrations.
