Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed in either 10 or 12 installments depending on the grade; the schedule for each grade is specified above (examples: grades paid in 10 installments for many grades; some grades offer 12). Installment frequency and number define the per‑installment amount and annual total.
- Certain items are charged as one‑time payments (see "Other costs"). In some years a reservation fee (applied e.g. to Grade 1) was non‑refundable and counted toward the first tuition installment.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; The International School operates as a day primary school (grades 0–8) and does not publish boarding or residential accommodation fees.
Other costs and recurring additional charges
- Field trips / program trips: 500 PLN (one‑time, per year) in the most recent published schedule; amounts for specific class trips (e.g. Green School) are charged separately and are paid directly to the trip operator — typical Green School range shown as 1,500–2,500 PLN.
- Textbooks and workbooks not covered by grants: deposit/advance 500 PLN (one‑time), to be settled once books are purchased.
- School supplies (Wyprawka): 300 PLN one‑time in the first semester and 300 PLN one‑time in the second semester (total typically 600 PLN per year in the 2023/24 schedule).
- Insurance: one‑time group insurance fee around 90 PLN (covers Sept 1–Aug 31, 24/7; includes school and out‑of‑school sports activities, excluding extreme sports) — shown as 90 PLN in recent published schedule.
- Example (earlier year) program charges: program trips 360 PLN and Green School 980 PLN were listed in the 2021/22 schedule; amounts vary by year and by trip.
- Additional activities (optional extracurricular clubs) have separate fees paid per activity or per semester; pricing and payment terms for these activities are published in the school's additional‑activities documents.
Uniform costs
- School uniform items are sold via the school's online uniform store; example price list items (PLN): short‑sleeve polo shirts from about 64–76 PLN depending on size; navy bomber sweatshirts from about 109–120 PLN; plaid skirts about 124–146 PLN; formal white shirts about 85–95 PLN; tie 50 PLN. Parent purchases of uniform pieces are paid separately at the listed prices.
Refunds and cancellation terms
- A reservation fee applied in earlier published materials was explicitly non‑refundable (example: 2,500 PLN reservation fee for Grade 1 in 2021/22, credited toward the first tuition installment). Beyond that specific item, a clear general refund schedule for enrollment or tuition (for mid‑year withdrawals or other cancellations) is not published in the fee tables; such terms are governed by the School's Enrollment Regulations and the Education Agreement signed at admission and by any specific billing notes. Parents should assume deposits or reservation installments may be non‑refundable when stated in the applicable fee document or agreement.
Fee payment options and accounts
- Bank transfer (PLN) is accepted for school fees; the school publishes dedicated bank accounts for the preschool (grades 0) and for the primary school (grades 1–8). Example account numbers shown for payments are: 60 1910 1048 2258 9665 5331 0001 (preschool / grades 0) and 65 1090 1883 0000 0001 5734 7561 (primary school / grades 1–8). Payments are therefore arranged by bank transfer to the appropriate account.
- Meal ordering and payment is handled through a prepayment meal system; parents prepay for lunches using the meal‑ordering application specified by the school.
- Uniform purchases are processed through the school's uniform supplier/online store.
Brief note on availability of fee schedules (summary of findings)
- The school's most recently published comprehensive fee schedule available on the school site is for the 2023/24 school year (detailed installment amounts and one‑time charges are listed above). Earlier published schedules for 2021/22 are also available and show similar categories with smaller numeric amounts. No explicit 2025/26 or 2026/27 published fee schedule was found in the school's downloadable documents at the time of this check; parents should expect annual updates and that some fees (field trips, Green School, optional activities, insurance, uniform) are billed separately from core tuition.
