Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

The school develops interpersonal skills and emphasizes clear communication, time management and personal responsibility for oneself and others. The school pursues educational goals with parents and teaches children how to show feelings, interpret the behavior of others and communicate effectively. There is an atmosphere of kindness and understanding in the school, learning about different cultures strengthens respect for diversity and develops soft competences, assertiveness and curiosity.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

The school teaches in five languages: English, Polish, French, German and Spanish, with full immersion in English to foster bilingualism. Polish lessons are taught by qualified teachers and English is taught by native speakers who are experienced educators. The program is adjusted for non-native speakers, and English-language preparation and Cambridge exams (YLE, KET, PET, FCE) are provided.

Mental Wellbeing

Relaxation and mindfulness classes are carried out. A psychologist is available to support students' well-being and development.

The International School Warsaw is a private international day school delivering a multilingual curriculum for ages 5–14 across two Warsaw campuses. Grades 0–3 study at the Działkowa Street campus and grades 4–8 at Jagielska Street, both near Kabacki Forest. The school runs a bilingual program that combines Poland's core curriculum with a Canadian program validated by international standards, taught in five languages: English, Polish, French, German and Spanish. English is taught through full immersion to support bilingualism; Polish is taught by qualified teachers and English-speaking staff contribute to language development. The Canadian program emphasizes project-based learning, communication, information management and debate, with CEFR-aligned instruction and preparation for international exams. A double primary school diploma is awarded, recognized in Poland, the USA and Canada. Facilities include modern classrooms, a sports hall, computer lab, art room, international library and 3D printers, with parallel age-appropriate spaces and a focus on hands-on learning for students.
