Application fee
- One-time Application Fee: 3,500 PLN. This fee is charged during the admission process and is not refundable except where a child is not admitted due to lack of places.
Tuition fees (annual and per-installment amounts by year group)
- Pre‑Kindergarten (PK): Annual tuition 26,700 PLN. Installment options shown in the published schedule: 1 installment = 26,700 PLN; 2 installments = 13,350 PLN each; 5 installments = 5,340 PLN each.
- Kindergarten (K): Annual tuition 39,000 PLN. Installment options: 1 installment = 39,000 PLN; 2 installments = 19,500 PLN each; 5 installments = 7,800 PLN each.
- Grades 1–10: Annual tuition 51,500 PLN. Installment options: 1 installment = 51,500 PLN; 2 installments = 25,750 PLN each; 5 installments = 10,300 PLN each.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard payment plans available:
- Plan A: One installment (September).
- Plan B: Two installments (September and February).
- Plan C: Ten monthly installments (September–June; available to individuals only).
All tuition must be paid in Polish Zloty (PLN) by bank transfer; cash is not accepted and bank charges must be covered by the payer. Payments are made to an individually assigned bank account indicated in each student's Education Agreement. Enrollment may be cancelled in writing prior to the first day of classes without penalty except that the Application Fee remains payable.

Exact dates are set in the Education Agreement.
Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Boarding is not offered by the school (Wroclaw International School operates as a day school); there are no boarding fees.
Other costs and optional fees
- Application-related and incidental fees shown in the published schedule:
- WIS Student ID duplicate: 15 PLN (per copy).
- Campus ID card duplicate: 15 PLN (per copy).
- Changing lock in child's individual locker (after lost key): 40 PLN (per new lock installation).
- After‑school sports programme “Wolves”: 100 PLN per season (three seasons per school year; optional).
- Swimming pool programme: 400 PLN per semester (optional; paid before the first class of each semester; minimum participant requirement applies).
- Other services such as transport, extra‑curricular activities beyond the standard programme, field trips, examination fees and school publications are invoiced separately and paid according to the Education Agreement.
Refund information
- Tuition refunds (for overpayment or when a student leaves mid‑year) are calculated proportionally based on a 10‑month academic year. If a student starts after September 1, tuition is recalculated proportionally at 1/10 of the annual tuition per calendar month of attendance. The Application Fee is generally non‑refundable except where a child is not admitted due to lack of places. Late or unpaid fees may incur statutory default interest and can affect a student's participation or issuance of school reports.
Fee payment options
- Principal payment method: bank transfer in PLN to the individually assigned account specified in the Education Agreement. The published schedule provides the Foundation's bank account details for payment of the Application Fee; all bank charges (including those incurred in Poland) are payable by the payer. Cash is not accepted.

Wroclaw International School (WIS) offers a community-focused environment located on a purpose-built campus in the southern part of the city. As an authorized IB World School, it provides the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for children aged 4 to 11 and the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for those aged 11 to 16. Learning is centered on inquiry-based methods where students are encouraged to connect different subject areas to real-world issues.A significant feature of the school is its "Wolves Athletic Program," which allows students to participate in inter-school sports competitions across Poland and Central Europe. For older students, the school ensures a seamless transition to its sister institution, the International High School of Wrocław, for the completion of the IB Diploma Programme.
