Notes on how fees are presented:
- Tuition is presented as a flat monthly rate by curriculum rather than different rates for individual year groups; the monthly rates above apply across the secondary programmes. Annual totals are the 12-month sums of the published monthly amounts.
Annual registration / renewal fee
- EUR 500 payable annually after the completion of the learner's first year and in subsequent years (Registration Renewal Fee).
Available discounts and fee reductions
- Sibling discounts on the monthly fee: second child 5% off the total monthly fee; third child 7.5% off the total monthly fee.
- Upfront payment discount: paying 12 months upfront gives a 3% discount on the total yearly fee.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is structured as 12 monthly payments (monthly billing). One-time admissions fees are charged prior to enrolment. The registration renewal fee is charged annually after the learner's first 12 months. Families receive contract and payment details during the admissions/onboarding process.
Boarding / residential provision
- Brave Generation Academy operates Hubs as day co-learning spaces (Hub attendance is the model). No separate boarding or residential fees are published for the Portugal Hubs; the programme is delivered through hybrid online study plus in-person Hub attendance.
Other costs and additional fees
- AP courses (American curriculum) carry an extra charge of EUR 650 per AP course.
- No separate uniform fee, school lunch fee, or standardized exam fee schedule is published alongside the curriculum monthly fees on the published Portugal fee schedule; families should expect potential additional costs for external exam entries (IGCSE/A-Level/US diploma assessments) or optional services where applicable, but no fixed amounts for these items are published in the Portugal fees summary.
Refunds and cancellations
- No dedicated refund or cancellation schedule for the admissions fee, tuition instalments, or registration renewal is published in the Portugal fees summary; contract and payment terms (including any refund or cancellation conditions) are provided to families as part of the admissions contract.
Fee payment options
- The published Portugal fee information sets out the billing structure and that families will receive payment details with the contract; specific accepted payment methods (for example, bank transfer, direct debit, or credit card) are not listed in the public Portugal fees summary. Payment arrangements and permitted methods are provided during the admissions and contracting stage.
Location note (applies to Braga Hub)
- The fee structure above applies to BGA Portugal Hubs, including the Braga Hub, which is one of the listed Hub locations operating the hybrid model.
