Application / One-time Fees

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The standard published billing model is 12 monthly instalments (one payment each month).
- The admissions (one-time) fee is payable prior to enrolment.
- Registration Renewal Fee (annual): payable after 12 months, amount 500€.
- After the onboarding meeting you will receive the contract and the payment information; you must sign the contract and provide proof of payment to finalise enrolment.
- Upfront payment discount: paying 12 months in advance gives a 3% discount on the total yearly fee.
- Sibling discounts: second child receives 5% off the total monthly fee; third child receives 7.5% off the total monthly fee.
Boarding fees
- Brave Generation Academy in Portugal operates a hybrid online + Hub model (Learners attend Hubs for in-person Hub sessions). There is no published boarding provision or boarding fee on the public Portugal fees and locations pages; boarding fees are therefore not applicable in the standard Hub-based programme.
