Application / One‑time fees
- Admissions (one‑time) fee charged prior to enrolment: 1,450€ for learners on the British International Curriculum, the American Core Curriculum, or for those following the school's Own Curriculum. 950€ for learners on the Portuguese curriculum.
Tuition fees by curriculum (monthly and annual totals)
- Tuition is billed as a flat monthly charge by curriculum and is the same across the secondary year groups; the school publishes a 12‑payment (monthly) billing structure. Annual totals below equal the monthly amount multiplied by 12.
- British International Curriculum: 595€ per month (12 monthly payments) → annual total if paid monthly: 7,140€ per year.
- American Core Curriculum: 845€ per month (12 monthly payments). AP courses incur an additional charge of 650€ per AP course. Annual total if paid monthly: 10,140€ per year (excluding any AP course fees).
- Portuguese Curriculum: 595€ per month (12 monthly payments) → annual total if paid monthly: 7,140€ per year.
- Own Curriculum (Hub Attendance Fee option): 550€ per month (12 monthly payments) → annual total if paid monthly: 6,600€ per year.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard billing structure: 12 monthly payments (monthly invoices). Paying 12 months upfront is accepted and gives a 3% discount on the total yearly fee. A Registration Renewal Fee of 500€ is payable after the completion of the learner's first 12 months and in subsequent years. Sibling discounts: 5% off the total monthly fee for the second child and 7.5% off for the third child. Proof of payment is required as part of enrolment completion; the contract and payment details are provided during the admissions process.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not part of the school's hybrid Hub model for secondary education and no boarding fees are published for the Portugal Hubs. The model is described around Hub attendance and hybrid online/offline provision.
Other costs and fees
- AP course surcharge (American curriculum): 650€ per AP course.
- Exam entry fees (sample published schedule for January exam session): fees vary by qualification and by whether the candidate is a BGA learner or an external private candidate. Example published amounts (January session):
- IAL (per single unit/paper): BGA learners 100€; external private candidates 200€.
- International AS/A2 Level: BGA learners 200€; external private candidates 400€.
- International A‑Level (all papers): BGA learners 300€; external private candidates 600€.
- Remote invigilation service (per unit + qualification entry fee): BGA learners 800€; external private candidates 1,600€.
