Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. The admission process begins with the submission of the Student Pre-Registration Form. If there is no vacancy, a waiting list may be used if the parents desire and communicate. The school will contact families within 48 hours. The admission criteria and the basis for class formation are defined and available for review.
2. Nursery and Kindergarten: After pre-registration, parents are contacted to indicate availability or waiting list. An interview is scheduled with the Admissions Director. Parents are informed if the child is admitted and given a deadline for formalizing registration; the spot is reserved only upon formal registration. Parents must submit all required documents to the School Secretary.
3. Basic Education (1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle): With the beginning of the admission process, parents are contacted indicating if there is a vacancy (if there is none, whether they wish to remain on the waiting list). The day for the admission tests is scheduled with the Parents. After carrying out the tests and with the results, an interview with the Admissions Director is scheduled and a decision is made on admission. If admitted, the registration must be formalized by the established deadline; the place is guaranteed with formalization. Before the start of the school year, lists of materials and the school calendar are provided.
4. Documents: Nursery requires Initial Requirements Assessment Form, Vaccination Record, Citizen Card/ID + Tax Identification Number, Pediatrician's Declaration, Additional Student Information, and Consent. Preschool requires the same documents plus the Enrollment Form. 1st Grade requires Vaccination Record, Citizen Card/ID + Tax Identification Number, Additional Student Information, Consent, and Enrollment Form. 2nd to 9th Grade require Vaccination Record, Citizenship Card/ID, Additional Information, Consent, Enrollment Form, and a Transfer Form.
There is a waiting list option if there is no vacancy. Parents may request to be placed on the waiting list, and the school will contact them when a vacancy arises.
