Billing schedule and payment terms
- Regular tuition instalments are billed across 10 monthly payments. Monthly tuition payments must be available by the 5th day of the month to which they refer. Late payment penalties apply: after day 5 an additional EUR 20; after day 20 an additional EUR 30; after day 30 interest on arrears at the legal rate. Other services (optional extras) are payable at the time of provision (immediate payment). The school account for each student is consultable through the Inovar Consulta application.

Optional services and additional fees
- Frequency in August (food included): daily rate published as EUR 45 (for families using the August service).
- Prolongamento (aftercare, 18:00–19:30): EUR 18 per day or EUR 45 per month (where a monthly option is offered).
- Study room (Sala de Estudo): EUR 58 per month.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not offered; there are no published boarding fees. The school's published price schedule covers day services, optional extras and transport but does not include boarding.
Refund and returns policy (fees and purchased items)
- The enrollment fee (Matrícula) is explicitly non‑refundable and includes the insurance component. Billed amounts may be contested within the school's stated payment period; late payments may trigger penalties and suspension of services and/or cancellation of discounts. Specific return and exchange policies apply to shop items (uniform/equipment): exchanges are accepted within published short windows (for example exchange up to 8 days; returns up to 30 days in the case of defects) according to the school shop terms.
Discounts and concessions
- Sibling discounts: 2nd sibling 6.5% discount; 3rd sibling 13% discount; further siblings 19.5% discount (discounts are not cumulative and may be applied to monthly or annual amounts).
- Discount for children of former students: 13%.
- Early annual payment discounts (example): up to 10 July a 2.5% discount; up to 5 September a 2.0% discount (applied to the annual package where the family chooses annual payment).

Colégio do Vale is an integrated school welcoming children from Creche to 9th Year in Charneca da Caparica. Since summer 2024 it has been part of Forfar Education Group. The school offers National Curriculum and International Curricula, including a Bilingual Preschool and Cambridge Primary. From age 5, Cambridge Primary is taught in English, with Portuguese maintained as a curricular subject to balance bilingual learning. The Cambridge Primary curriculum covers English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Global Perspectives, Portuguese, Art & Design, Music, Digital Literacy, and Physical Education. Additional activities and clubs include LabMat Club, Drama and Theatre Club, and the Solidarity Project. For students in 8th to 11th grade, the Dual Diploma program enables concurrent study at Colégio do Vale and a US High School online, earning both the Portuguese Secondary Education diploma and the North American High School diploma, delivered entirely in English. Transport and meals are available as school services.
