After‑school care (BSO) / Other childcare costs
- Buitenschoolse Opvang (BSO) for children aged 4–12: published cost is EUR 52.50 per child per opvang‑dag per month (published as the rate for a BSO day). BSO is offered Monday–Thursday, 15:15–17:30; participation possible from one day per week. Fees for study‑day and holiday care are charged separately at a different daily rate.
- The published school information indicates that standard learning materials are included in the school fee (leermiddelen are included in the stated schoolgeld).
- No separate published uniform fee is listed in the school's public fee documents.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school issues an official payment request from the administration after places are allocated. A place is secured only when the signed education contract is returned and the requested payments have been completed.
- Published fee schedules show multiple payment options: annual payment, semester payment, quarterly placement or monthly extension, with the corresponding fees listed above. Specific invoice due‑dates are set by the school's administration and appear on the payment request. (Earlier published schedules include examples of payment deadlines and a 5% early‑payment discount for full annual settlement; the current school year's fee documents list the available payment-period options and amounts but do not publish uniform calendar dates for each installment on the fee summary itself.)
Refunds and non‑refundable items
- The registration fee is a one‑off charge at first enrolment. In later fee schedules the registration fee is explicitly described as a non‑refundable one‑time fee at registration. The school's public fee documents for adjacent years identify the registration fee as non‑refundable; the registration amount for the current schedule is EUR 300.00 as shown above. No separate, explicit tuition‑refund policy for early withdrawal or prorated refunds is published on the fee summaries that accompany the current academic‑year fee schedule.
Fee payment methods
- The school's public fee documents and enrolment pages state that a payment request is sent by administration when a place is offered, but the publicly posted fee summaries do not list specific accepted payment methods (for example, bank transfer, direct debit or card) on the fee summary itself. Parents receive payment instructions on the administration's invoice/payment request.
Other notes on recurring or conditional charges
- For secondary pupils the Wereldschool package is charged in addition to the NOAP base fee and varies by chosen package; any applicable group discount (up to 10%) for multiple pupils joining the same Wereldschool arrangement is stated in the VO fee document.
